The cleanest my car has been since it was new. David and crew made certain everything was perfect and even oiled my doors. Squeaky clean car and no squeak doors!My niece had used and abused my car in Mexico. Spills (liquid and milk shakes), hard melted candy in the console, cigarette filters and junk everywhere. Never again!Thank goodness for Green Go Wash. Walked the mall, got my exercise, shopped and a clean car in a couple of hours! Go Green Go!

I paid $70 for the works. For that price I was expecting a great looking car. Wash, wax, everything. Looked great under the parking structure but when I got back to my hotel and under the sun, I looked again. Wow, how can I have so many small dirt spots everywhere, for the price I paid?! I will never go there again, which is too bad because they have the perfect little spot to get a car wash while you go shop.

I asked both when I was booking and when I dropped off my car for them to please avoid using any scented chemicals. A couple days later and the scented leather cleaner smell is still strong despite leaving the car open for several hours.When I got home I noticed that the vehicle had not been fully cleaned between the seats and the driver door compartment was still wet with dirt. I dont expect things to be perfect on a regular wash but I paid $200, and now had to rent a car because I cant use my own.

Highly unprofessional, sloppy qualityTook my car to the Green Go Wash after a machine wash left it in unsatisfactory condition. Basically a clean car already, the manager even commented that it would be the easiest car of the day. Wash was quick and punctual, but the quality was highly disappointing: ton of water marks on the trunk, windshield wipers not cleaned at all, some windows were still dirty. Went back to give Green Go Wash a chance to make the situation right before posting this review - was met with an aggressively defensive attitude and belittling comments. Manager claimed the spots on my trunk would not come out, but then wiped some of them off right away. Very unfortunate that reasonable and friendly feedback would be so badly received.

The first time we went to this place, we were told that the lowest price options was a $100 mini detail, which we werent satisfied with especially since the cost was pretty high. However, the website showed that you can get a basic wash for $34.99. Apparently only certain locations within the mall will do a $34.99 wash. I called the manager and told him that we werent told about this option and he offered us a free car wash. The next time we went, we took the car to parking garage F1 or G1. You can get there by putting the Cheesecake Factory address in your GPS and going to the back of their parking lot. The manager Daniel was a man of his word and gave the car a free wash because of the miscommunication. The car was pretty dirty when we took it in, but Daniel did a great job with the wash and the car looked pretty good after everything was done. He took his time making sure everything looked great. The wash took 2+ hours to complete. If you happen to live in Mission Valley and happen to need a car wash, Daniel will definitely take good care of your car and you can find him only near the F1 and G1 parking garage everyday but Monday.

I have gotten my Range Rover “detailed” at numerous places and spent Hundreds because it’s an SUV. This is the only place that I have actually came back to the car once it was finished and was blown away. Paint Polish/ Clay. I will only see Mellissa who did the complete 5 hour hand detail, moving forward. She did above and beyond anything I could have asked for, even pointed out how I could improve the condition of my car moving forward.Never go to Body Beautiful or Aqua Clean. They are complete garbage and literally ruined my cars especially the Tesla.

Section G3 is the location where I go to get my car washed and waxed. The services they provide there are awesome! They really take great care of your car and pay meticulous attention to the details of your car. The end results of my car always appear to be shiny and brand new looking again and again. The rims and tires look brand new, the interior is cleaner than when I got it from the dealership and she put in the extra elbow grease to get off the dried sap on the windows, they really take the time to make sure your car looks fantastic. Dropped my car off for an interior detailing and I came back to my car 2 hours later, without receiving a text message it was ready like they said they would send me, and I feel like they rushed through my car. The outside was still dirty and was definitely not waxed like I paid for. The credit card machine also did not work so I had to pay in cash and didnt even get a receipt to prove its been washed.

Dan and his team have been taking care of my car for over a year now. They do all jobs from a simple car wash to full detailing. Just as good as other overpriced “high end” detailers. I drop my car at their fashion valley station by cheese cake factory every week, and it’s usually ready in less than an hour. Never a complaint!Note: I even completely wrapped my car recently but they use an eco friendly system where it doesn’t use much water so no risk of damaging the wrap.

The boys @ F1 are awesome and super friendly. Made an appt, got a prompt confirmation and they did a V.I.P. service in 1.5 hours. The car looked and smelled awesome, especially for a 2001!!! I would come back in a heartbeat! Thanks guys!

Paid $90. For a full interior detail and I had to get to my car 2.5 hrs later only to have to clean the doors, console, cup holders, and finish cleaning dirty spots off the seats myself in front of them using their rags after they had detailed them. The mirrors and doors were and are still dirty. I must admit I have kids but they said they were gonna take care of it and detail it. The guy was very apologetic and nice but the interior detail was not worth $90 may be $50 (the outside was left untouched). I appreciate they called back to apologize for and asked me to come back for refund but I cant go back. The fact is that the price does not match the service as interior cleaning.

I went in for a car wash while I was shopping at the Fashion Valley mall with a friend. They never texted me that they were done. I happened to be done shopping so checked on my car and it was done. I was driving home and realized that my rubber car mats were missing so drove back to get them. The following day I realized that my nice squiggy and umbrella that were in the front passenger side of the car were missing. The manager did contact me right away regarding this and will offer me a VIP car wash and reimburse me for the missing items.

I was dissatisfied with the quality. The windshield had to be cleaned again by me as it had so many streaks it was dangerous in bright light. The car is cleaned on the shade which is part of the problem. The car had many places that were still dirty, there were leaves still under the hood near the wipers, the dude mirrors had water spots, and the doorsand door sills still had dirt on them. All in all not a good job and for $70 I cannot recommend this place.

Ok I came in with a stain on my carpet and my leather on my seats where dirty Melissa at station G1 helped me more than I know she took the stain out and made my leather look brand new Agien be side the benefits of able to shop while I got my car cleaned she was amazing she put so much detail in to my car I will be returning . Her manager Dan at parking structure F1 is amazing also he did a fine job bring my head lights back to life they had so much oxidation on them and he took the time out of a busy day to restore them . I think the owner should know they have an amazing group of people working for him.!!!

I hardly ever write reviews but felt compelled to write one about Ecopit bc they did an amazing job. I drove across a few states with a dog that sheds white fur like crazy, making a mess out of my car. I tried to vacuum it up myself but it was useless and I knew I had to leave it to the pros. Ecopit ended up staying well after their opening hours to deal with my car and did an absolutely fantastic job. It looks brand new, something I did not think would be possible! I will definitely go back again.

I dropped my car off for the first time with Green Go Wash, and not only did they text me when it was done, but it looked better than when I first bought it. Inside and out! I had a bad experience here. The manager kept trying to sell me a $150 treatment which I insisted I didnt need. Finally he told me the regular car wash was $45 (instead of the listed price, $35) and asked me to pay $50 overall plus tip (including what he said would be a $5 light treatment).After the wash, I realized that the price on their board was $35 for a car wash and an additional $5 light treatment on the car. His assistant said he may have mispoke because the price listed is $35 and not $45. When I confronted him he said he charged extra because my car was dirty...Finally when I entered my car i realized they had done a hasty job inside and not really cleaned it well at all.

Had just driven down from WA to San Diego and the car was pretty dirty. Asked for a good exterior wash and at first glance it looked great minus a few small spots I had them get before I left. Once I got the truck out in the sunlight it was very clear they did a terrible job. All the small areas and black areas on the bumpers were completely neglected and still had a red hue from the road gunk. In the end I ran over to Target and grabbed cleaning supplies to fix all their mistakes. With so many other car washes in San Diego I will never take my rig there again. Overall a lazy job.

Excellent work detailing my car. We had just driven across the country from Fort Lauderdale to San Diego. Though only two years old, the car has never been waxed and was always parked in the hot sun in Florida. In addition, there were some light scratches from various minor mishaps etc. The team at Ecopit did an amazing job removing all these light scratches and left no swirl marks. They used a premium quality carnauba wax, which explains why so many of the minor nicks and scratches disappeared. Tires were dressed and rims were detailed. Interior was spotless, and they didnt use that crappy quality protector/conditioner that leaves a shine on the dash and leather seats... Thank God!

Theyll will change the pricing and how long the service will take, wasting your time. They never answer the phone. Basically the worst customer service.
