Christopher and Kristin were great. They ended up letting us peddel around for 2 hours for the price of one. The bikes were really fun and easy to use. They were great even after having surgery 3 days ago. It was perfect to explore the city while waiting for our flight home to Colorado. We rode all along the bay, it was beautiful!! Thanks. We cant wait to come back.

DO NOT RENT A BIKE FROM THIS PLACE!For $35 to rent a $400 hybrid bike for a day one should expect to get a reasonable tuned bike, or at least a bike that is safe. For starters the rear break was pretty soft. I noticed it right away when they gave me the bike but figured it just need a slight adjustment. Nope, the screw was completely stripped out!Later while biking the chain on my bike derailed into the spokes of the rear tire and I ended up crashing and cracking a rib. I was 10 miles away from the shop and my hotel but fortunately I had brought my tools with me and I was able to get the chain out. It was at this point I realized how dirty the drivetrain was which was probably why it jumped off in the first place.Anyway I limped back to the shop where I started to nicely complaing about how bad of shape the bike was in and In the middle of talking the guy he turned his attention to another customer. I could tell that he really didnt give a dang. Instead of raising a further stink I just decided to post this review (with pictures).DO NOT RENT A BIKE FROM THIS PLACE!

This is the 2nd time Ive rented bikes at this place. I believe his name is Christopher who has helped me both times. His service is superb by making sure my tires have my desired pressure and my seat height is right.⁰ will be back. It is also a great location to begin a bike ride.

I rent a mountain bike today. The service was very nice. She didn’t charge me for the extra time because I lost the way back to the place. The only problem was that the handles were a little dirty, but people can wash their hands there after returning the bikes.

They were the only place with helmets close to our hotel. Tried to rent a helmet and they dont allow just helmet rentals. Must not care too much about tourists safety unless you rent a bike from them. Bikes look beat up and not to safe to ride so you probably want a helmet.

Next to Embarcadero. Perfect spot to rent your bike and stroll the Embarcadero. Practicing social distancing. Bike is sanitized, right before you ride by the staff. Friendly service, will come back.

We hired two electric bikes for half a day. They worked fine but were very dirty. The handlebars were quite disgusting to touch, and most the helmets didn’t have clips. The helmets were also very dirty.

Best Segway tour Ive ever been on. Mari was wonderful. You have the use of a radio so you can actually hear what she says.

We took the Balboa Park segway tour with Jacob... It was outstanding! Jake made sure we were comfortable on the segway before we took off and within 15 minutes we were all ready to go. Jake was an EXCELLENT guide... very informative and entertaining! Id recommend this tour to anyone!

Super fun bikes! Went over almost an hour but no extra charge! Would totally recommend it.

The Segway part was fun, Ive never been on one before and it was so much fun! The service/tour guide on the otherhand was lacking information wise. Gave us a good laugh but could have known more about the places he was showing us.

You can tell just by a simple phone call that this place has bad service. No need to take my word for it..just pick up the phone and ask a simple question to save yourself the trip down there.
