Great experience for jet ski rental. They delivered the ski on time and provided clear instructions on dos and dont in the water and jet ski return. Slightly high price per hour than other near by places but probably justified since they are closer to the full speed zone.

Booked 2-hour rental period for kayaks for the family online the day prior. We arrived and were promptly greeted and in the kayaks within 5-minutes time. The staff was friendly, informative as to routes upon departure and came to the docks immediately upon our return. The ample public parking on either side of the hotel was a plus. Looking forward to using their services again!

My friend and I decided to take a last minute trip with our kids before they started back to school. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 hours on Friday. We had so much fun we rented it again on Saturday for 3 hours. Ben in the office was so helpful and sweet. All the boys and 1 girl were so helpful, nice and knew what they were doing. I never met Alex who helped me on the phone last Thursday, but he was so helpful letting me know I could change my speedboat to a pontoon at the last minute. LOL I would highly recommend Adventure Water Sports!

Ooh we had a blast here! First time jet skiing abandoned the staff was extremely helpful! They explained to us very clearly what to do. They told us all the problems that could come up and how to deal with them. The jet skiing was a blast. The boat was great and worked really well. The staff was really understanding and did not overcharge us when we came back late as we got lost.Highly recommended! Great Trip!

Overall the rental experience (Dana) was great. Kids had fun, the wife got to tan, and we got to just coast around. I will say it’s pretty boring, there isn’t a ton of stuff to do. So I guess what I’m saying is get the jet boat or something with a tube because you will be confined to a small place to drive around in. Staff was great, the boat was awesome but I fell like the money we spent could have been used on to actually go on a boat that we could have went and seen wildlife outside of the bay.

We are San Diego locals and did a staycation this year on Mission Bay. We rented wave runners from Adventure Water Sports at their Dana Inn location. Parking was super easy. The staff was very friendly and explained the instructions clearly. The location was really close to the full speed zone. The kids had a blast! We will definitely be renting from them again very soon!

Very Professional and Organized. I literally had a jet ski rental 50 feet away from our hotel room at the Mission Bay Inn. I am so glad we drove the 10 minutes to Adventure Water Sports. I was in and out on the rental and on the return. Even the young kids that worked there were professional and helpful...

My son was visiting from South Dakota, and he picked this adventure for us, because I have never been on a paddle board before, of course he has done it many times. The guys working there were great, very nice and polite, and gave us easy instructions. Had a blast.

The crew for check-in and training were very good at making sure we were comfortable on the Jet skis. We had 2 skis and 4 people and had a great time on the water. I really appreciate their patience as we had some timing issues, but the crew rolled with it. Thank you, well be back!!

My family had so much fun on the waverunners this week. We miss the 3 seaters, but for 6 hours my children, grandchildren and friends had the time of their life. Everyone was friendly and thorough as they went over the rules and regulations that kept everyone safe. Thank you, until next year.

Really fun place and employees are great, however, the owner has some weird attitude issues. Owner was giving everyone attitude employees and customers. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what, everything was great except for having to talk to him.

We rented some jet skis for the family and were happy with the rental. Everything went really well and I was VERY impress with the skis. We have rented skis in the past from vendors and these were probably some of the nicest skis we have rented.

We had an amazing time! The entire team was really helpful, nice and energetic. They definetely took care of us. The boat (24 Jet Boat) was in prestine condition. We wakeboarded and wakeskating . . . was a blast (equipment was great). Just a great time and would definitely do it again and would/will recommend to friends!

We do the jet skiing every year now. 10 am to 4 pm $750 plus gas for 2. The for both $ 100 each.

Great customer service, friendly staff and everything went off without a hitch. We reserved a wave runner the night before and it was amazing. We only rented for an hour, but that was plenty of time to have some fun around the bay. The wave runner was clean and new, no hiccups. Definitely worth the price.

Had a great time renting here. Boated all my life. Staff was professional and personable. Knowing our boating/wave runner aptitude, they gave us the 2 newer ones. They were more than powerful to play with. Location to the water arena was perfect. 2 hrs gives you a tour of the harbor and some fun too. Good place to rent from. 😁

Jet skis were nice and new. I had fun. Would like to add that I will be trying my hardest to not return here and schedule ahead to get a jet ski somewhere else. If youre the kind of person that doesnt like people telling you things like I dont know what youre talking about and if youre sensitive about such forms of customer service/communication then this is not the place for you. $200 dollars for 2 hours and a let down of a customer service experience. Go to sea forth boat rental. Theyre nice, jet skis are solid and its way cheaper.

I had a great time and experience with this company! The staff was very helpful and super nice and made sure that the jet skis and life jackets were disinfected before we used them. The jet skis seemed brand new and worked great. The only thing I wish was that there was a option to ride for an hour and a half. I did the hour because I thought the two hours would be too long but I couldve gone for another thirty minutes! Overall, great time and I will be coming back!

Adventure Water Sports (Dana Location) was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The quick briefing was brief and the wave runners were ready to go on time for us. We rented them for 2 hours and they really are the closest location to the fast zone. We cant wait to do it again.

We rented a boat and an innertube. We had a fantastic time! It was super easy to get to Adventure Water Sports building. There was plenty of parking and it was so nice and quiet there by Campland. I will definitely use this business in the future!

We reserved ahead of time. We arrived early and they allowed us to get the kayaks early. We also went over our reserved time and they were very cool about and didn’t charge us more. We had rented 2 tandem kayaks. Very happy with the customer service! The equipment was great. The location was just beautiful. We will definitely come back and try other stuff. We rented the 24 ft ski boat for my sons birthday and took a few boys tubing. It was perfect! The boat is very modern and we played music on the bluetooth speaker and the boat was clean, big, comfy and safe. The staff was great and gave us thorough instructions and they were very friendly. The tubing was so fun. We all had a blast.

I booked a 19ft ski boat on line for a family outing for 4 hrs. We arrived 30 minutes early and got checked in efficiently. We were on the water at our allotted time. A free tube came with the 4 hour rental. Ski boat was in decent shape and ran well. The grandkids and adults had a blast riding on the tube. Fun family outing.

We rented a boat for four hours from Adventure Water Sports and had an amazing time. The tube was complimentary with our four hour boat rental which was a huge bonus! Everyone had a great time; boat was spacious, the speaker was perfect and the staff was personable and informative. We will definitely be renting from you again!

We rented a pontoon boat, jet ski, and the 24 ft Jet Boat last week at AWS. The rental process was easy and fast. The staff was nice, efficient, and Covid careful, as well as knew some great areas to take the boat to see more sea life. We will absolutely rent again next time we are in town!!

Awesome place. Nice staff, and the boats are great. The PB location is close to the high speed zone, so you dont waste much time in the no-wake zone and get the most out of your rental time.

My mom and I were so Pleased with this place! At first my mom and I were very disappointed that we were not able to go to Hawaii for our vacation, so we had a stay cation! We first booked jet skis for Thursday morning for two hours and the Staff was wonderful. They explained the rules very well and got us out asap. We had so much fun that after our first rental, we booked again for Friday morning for another 2 hours.Something I would like to give some advice. If you decide you wanna do another rental, let them know so they can save your paper work so you dont have to re-do it. Its not much but it would be time saved!I 10/10 recommend!

Had a great experience renting a seadoo for a full day. The process was smooth and they have proper protocols in place to abide by Californias social distancing and face mask requirements. The weather was beautiful. The whole family enjoyed our full day on the water. Would definitely do it again.

We had so much fun we rented Wave runners twice over 4th of July weekend from the Dana Location . Even with it being VERY busy and fully booked the staff was very professional, courteous and patient. In addition the equipment was clean, well maintained and full of fuel . I HIGHLY recommend Adventure Water sports and will be returning in September to rent form them again !

This is our 4th year renting from them on our annual Campland trip. They are always courteous and responsive. This year we rented the 24ft boat it was in great condition everything worked only down side was no anchor if you plan on swimming for a bit.

She placed me on hold twice for a long period of time. The day of the rental, they were very short, and unfriendly. Customer service should be priority...We received HORRIBLE/AWFUL customer service. I don’t recommend this business.

We had such a great time yesterday with our jet ski experience! Booking online was very easy and the staff were professional, friendly and very thorough with safety measures and protocol for navigating Mission Bay. Was fun on the jetskis, but when we went back to re-fill the gas tanks, they were out of gas and we had to wait a half an hour for them to get back with a load of gas. Instead of adding that half hour back onto our time at the end, we just ended up losing a half hour of our paid riding time. The worker told me there wasnt anything they could do, as our time ended when it ended. bummer.

Bad experience. DO NOT COME HERE! They have terrible customer services. The man had a terrible attitude and even said “I hate my job” when asked for help from a us. We couldn’t get our jet ski to turn on in the middle of the bay due to the plastic on the emergency shut off being worn down and hard to snap in. When the man came to help, he treated us like idiots. I will never go there again.

What a fun experience. We parked right at The Dana Hotel where they are located and had a short ride to the full speed zone part of the bay. It was so great to not have to tow a wave runner or ride a long way in the slow part of the bay. The guys working there were really friendly. My group watched a safety video and they went showed us where to ride.

It was my first time being here and renting a jet ski, and honestly what a rude guy they had it the front with a really bad attitude!! As I return the jet ski back he was so inpatient, and so pissed off that there was some seaweed stuck on the side. He said if the jet ski is not running to get off and remove the seaweed. The jet ski was running fine the whole time so I wasnt aware of the seaweed. He was nagging the whole time how I must of gotten a tree or something. Seriously bro if you dont like your job get out! Your definitely not good at what you do, and not worth it. Theres no need for rudeness like that. I dont recommend bad customer service, I wouldnt want your fun time to be ruined, never going back for sure!

Terrible customer service. They employees were very moody and had terrible attitudes. They wanted to blame us on scratches on the boat as if it were from us, luckly one of the employees stood up for us and told that jerkwith the beard that thise scratvhes were there previously. Treated us like were idiots, as if we never been on a boat before. I highly dont reccomend this place for anyone looking for some family fun.

If this place is what I think it is (the marina next to the sailing shop), they will never be receiving my business or that of those I know. My dad took me to rent waverunners for my 18th birthday and we ended up paying $300 total due to damage caused by an employee to one of the waverunners. When sending us off, he pushed my waverunner backwards into my dads, causing a dent in the side that he selectively chose not to acknowledge at the time. Upon our return, he LIED and said that he saw me run into my dad (which never happened) and that my dad had to pay an extra $150 to have the waverunnner repaired even though it was the employees fault. DO NOT VISIT HERE.
