FALSE ADVERTISING! Stay away from this company!! Their website clearly advertises 50% off install plus they pay the taxes (see pictures). The salesman first said it wasn’t their offer or website, but a Koehler offer they didn’t opt into. When I showed him it was clearly the American Vision Bath website and their offer he claimed he would discount taxes but not the install because it was either the taxes or the install discount…unfortunately for him his own website contradicts him. Then he said the install discount was only for a walk in shower…once again his website contradicts him (again see pics). He then showed me an email from his manager that said they would not honor the discount on their website. If they won’t honor their website I doubt they’ll stand by their install quality or make good on any warranty claims they “promise.” The estimate was on a Saturday and I was promised a resolution by Monday…never heard back.When I finally heard back from management they assured me my job qualified for both discounts, but they refused to actually write me a quote including both. This company does not stand by their word and their salesman are uniformed and are not willing to do what’s right by the customer. Buyer beware!

I called up American Vision Baths and had a great appointment. Very informative and provided many options. Next spring i will get the job done and will use this company
