Love our newly remodeled home!We purchased an older home and wanted to completely remodel it prior to moving in. We new that the Kaminskiy team were the right guys for the job. We used them a few years back and were really impressed. This time it was even better! Yes there were the normal things that come up with every remodel and some things don’t always go according to plan. But working with a team that is honest and truly cares about your home makes all the difference. We may not need to remodel any time soon but will keep spreading the work about this amazing company!

We called Kaminskiy to see if they can take on a major addition project. They responded right away and started the design within 4 weeks of our initial call. Once the plans were approved they jumped on the construction. 8 months later we are back in our home and are loving our new space. Thank you Kaminskiy Design and Remodeling for taking such great care of us.

Our Master bathroom was in desperate need for an overhaul. We hired Kaminskiy. They designed an amazing looking space. The quality of work was great and I would definitely refer them to my friends and family.

Very slipshod work, they have unlicensed contractors overseeing the project that are never there. They do not supervise the subcontractors. What do you think the result will be when a project is handled so dis-jointedly (pun intended)? We paid an amount for our bathroom remodel that raises a lot of eyebrows (and not in an advantageous way) but the quality of the work doesnt reflect in the price. When even their own former employees are left with a bad taste in their mouth, something is rotten at Kaminskiy.

They came out to do a backyard remodel. The very poor job. They broke water pipes in the backyard and didnt tell us . I found out and the water ran for a month . I had to call them 7 times to come out to fix it. They were suppose to level the back yard. It is not level. They put dirt in the backyard on top of the weeds instead of taking the weeds out first. Everything the did they had to come out 3 more times and it still is not right. They took advantage of a 90 year old woman. DO Not Hire Them.They took over 7,000.00 from her. DO NOT HIRE THEM. CALL SOMEONE ELSE.I FOUND OUT HE YELLED AT CHAD BECAUSE THE OWNER DIDNT THINK CHAD DIDNT CHARGE HER ENOUGH MONEY. HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. RUN. RUN VERY FAST AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND OWNER.

Do not reccomend, company leaves projects open, does not follow original time frame of projects, and does not bring professional craftmanship to the table

Just had a total redesign of my Solana Beach townhouse by Sergei and his team. It was very dated 1970s but great location, now instead of a boxy dark home it is beautiful and very well lighted. The home feels twice the size of old layout by incorporating the back patio and large sliding doors he recommended. I highly recommend Kaminskiy they are great designers and communicate well..

I love my new man cave! After interviewing a number of remodeling companies in San Diego I am very happy that I chose Sergei Kaminskiy for my remodel. I still cant believe this is my old home, love the new open space we have in the kitchen and family room but my favorite spot is my new man cave cant wait for football season to start. Thanks guys!

As my newly installed shower handle fell off in my hand this morning, I decided it was the last straw in a large pile of short ones we had pulled when we hired Kaminskiy to do our remodeling project, and finally time to write my honest review of our experience with them. The job was rather straightforward; a master bath and a powder room. After nearly four months of a plumber who was no more a plumber than I am, finish technicians who caused damaged to newly installed fixtures, incorrect installations of toilets, not once but twice requiring ripping into walls, so completely wrong and damaged that it resulted in having to call the company home office and speak with the head technician who had seen it all, the main counter and cabinet being installed unevenly on the wall throwing the entire job off, damage to existing and newly installed flooring which employees tried to hide, discovery of old parts being reused after we paid for new ones, mismatched baseboards, crooked towel racks, incorrect manufacture of marble for shower fixtures... (shall I go on?) We ended our relationship with them by asking them to please leave and we unhappily hired another contractor to demo and re-do much of the work for which we had already paid Kaminskiy a six figure fee.To add insult to injury, shortly after severing our relationship with Kaminskiy, I discovered several pieces of jewelry missing from the area I had been keeping it. After thorough investigation of any other possible scenario as to what had happened to the jewelry it became clear that only Kaminskiy had unrestricted access to the home and room and areas where the things were kept and since they had a key, Kaminskiy employees or agents of Kaminskiy were the only ones in our home when we were not there. After much hand wringing, I did notify Kaminskiy of the missing jewelry. I never heard back.I wont tell you NOT to hire them, but I absolutely DO NOT recommend them! We are still coming across items that we now see were done incorrectly which we had not noticed in the large scope of things at the time

Just finished our Sunset Cliffs kitchen and family room remodel. The house was in dire need of updating, the kitchen and family room design that Sergei and his team did is fantastic. We love this design as it opened up the whole area and ties in our backyard. We will definitely be using Kaminskiy again next year when we do our upstairs Master

This past spring we had a total home remodel performed by Kaminskiy Home Remodeling at our Mission Hills home. The property was old but had incredible views that were not being utilized. This was a major project, as we gutted the whole house and added a second floor. Since it was so complex we interviewed some of the top Remodelers in town and went with Sergei. From planning to completion the project went great. Our new home is simply incredible, the outdoor living area that now ties into the family room is my favorite part of the home. The whole house ties together beautifully. Thanks so much we love the design you came up with.

We recently contracted with Kaminskiy to finish an addition off the back of our Pt Loma house with and outdoor living area. Although we only added 700sf off the back of house our living area feels three times larger, it really opened everything up to the yard. Sergei and his team were great to work with I highly recommend them.

I worked with this company for one month. They are extremely mismanaged. I could not believe how unprofessional and flakey the management was. While working there I saw several carpenters that were absolute hack jobs! I was told several times to cut corners. Do not hire or work for Kaminskiy Design and Remodel.

Just finished a total remodel of my kitchen in Condo downtown. The design team did a great job making the most of the little space I have, and the construction team did a great job dealing with HOA and finishing on time. I love my new kitchen thanks Sergei
