Im making simple will never go again

Took my car in right at closing and said estimate n the morning. I was glad because I didnt want to leave it parked on the street. Called in the am with estimate and was done br closing. They put in a new radiator in my car and added some tubes burnt out and it cost me close to 700. I drive a BMW. Nice people but super busy. Super cute across the street, brewery, pond shop, carlsls jr, tat shops. ull stay busy!!! Will use again!!!

I brought my ‘87 Lincoln Town Car in for some brake and suspension work, and Henry’s rose to the occasion; two front shocks, resurfaced rotors, and sway bar links later, I was back on the road. Very happy to have found a place that can competently work on older cars like mine. Above all, pricing is very fair without the quality of work suffering. Great shop, highly recommended. Best mechanic and reliable! They will test drive your car to diagnose whats wrong with your car and they will tell you if theres anything wrong, they could or could not fix it. If they do they have very reasonable fees. You should give them a try!

Always great. Ive been here a couple times. The owner Twin and her crew always take care of me. They do a great job for a good price. Yesterday, they took a look at my 2001 Toyota Echo (17 yr old car). My check engine light came on 2 days before and I was concerned. The car drove fine but struggled badly going up steep hills. They diagnosed it as the catalytic converter and quoted a low price to put in a new one. My car (which I bought in 2008) has had a few things come up in the last couple years. It has 207,000 miles. I decided it would be a good time to get a newer car. Im getting new wheels today, and Im going to have it checked out at Henrys to see if there are any issues. Ill also be taking it to Henrys for maintenance.

I love this place it’s been the best place and affordable to come to get you car fix . The manager T never let me down and know for sure what’s the problem . The prices are always cheaper then any other place I got a price from . I had a check engine light on and They took care of the problem and I passed SMOG with NO problem . Thank you I will be back here for sure .!!! I will be also telling everyone about this place.

Super Service at reasonable prices. The lady that runs it is actually really nice and will save you money if she can. Everywhere else wanted $178 for an evaluation on my vehicle they only charged me $40 here and got the parts I needed installed in less than 2 hours. I give him a good recommendation you can trust them theyre honest and I care about their customers

Excellent service here. Its difficult to find an auto repair place you can trust...believe me. But at Henrys, they have had my car twice so far and they fixed it the same day. They dont try to sell you on services you dont need right now. Cost is reasonable. Highly recommend.

Couple a weeks ago I brought my van in for service. It needed valve cover gaskets replaced,tune up,rear brake adjustment,fuel filter replacement. I thought it was going to be a two day job. Dropped off the keys 750am just after they open. Came back at 240pm.no sooner when I arrived, my van was ready 7 minutes after I arrived back! I ask wow you are done with it already!? When I drive it back home, it was the first time since I own that van that the brakes were braking like they should. The review only allows for 5 stars, I would give the 7 stars for a perfect job well done.

I was referred to Henrys by a mechanic at another place. This guy was a mechanics mechanic kinda guy. When your shop is getting referrals from other mechanics you are doing something right!

Poor customer service, my car making a metallic noise out of the blue, when I was accelerating from Western texas just after exiting I-8 west from work. Called my friend she recommended Henrys radiator auto repair. The manager turned me away! Very unprofessional, no customer service bad attitude. She said that they closed at 2pm if you look at their website no time schedule. I came in 3:40 pm. No emphathy, I told I need to talk to the supervisor the lady a answered I own this business. Wow! Thats how they treat customers. I was mad I said I am begging for them to see and check my car. I need to go to work. She responded not my problem you want your car fix, come tomorrow. And they have 4 mechanics not doing anything. 4 was watching football Im not going back my aunt referred me to Euclid auto repair went in the guy was so friendly no fuss, now he diagnosed my car its the front brakes and rotor hes fixing it nowImagine its my brakes and I drive to el centro up and downhill. When did these people loss their conscience???? Imagine going downhill slick road no breaks they only care for money a business without conscience. I wouldnt recommend it. Go somewhere else. Like I did found a gem at Euclid auto repair just 2 miles east.I asked Long owner of Euclid auto repair he told me if a drove it to work the brakes would fail it will put me in danger.So how come Henrys mechanics refused to take a look.
