Came in for a long overdue oil change and was greeted by rusty who explained the changes to their oil change process so that there wouldnt be any confusion. While work was being done on the oil change they also recommended my spark plugs be changed out. I had that serviced as well. My check engine light is also on and they ran a diagnostic on it to see what the issue was and advised that it isnt anything that needs to be addressed immediately which put my mind at ease
Being a Woman and taking my car to be serviced can be a little intimidating, but the technician at Meineke was very kind and informative, the work completed earlier than the time estimated and the total cost was slightly less than what was quoted, it’s a Win - Win!I would highly recommend this business and will definitely return here for any future car service needs.Thanks again
$135 for a “check engine” light. No offer of free code check. Just $135 before we even find anything. Do not use this Meineke, and expect a Meineke experience. They are “family owned”. And the manager could not have gave a F that I was upset. Something I’ve counted on for 15 years of using Meinekee where ever I moved, was the experience was generally the same and I’ve never complained. I’m blown away by this locations attitude. Must be great carrying a company name, getting tons of business because of it, but doing what you want. Terrible. Never again. Damon Rd Meineke appears to hold the standard. Go to them.
Great customer service ! I was so worried about my car after driving across the country and my check engine light came on. They took care of me and diagnostic was simple and easy. Even though the issue was a transmission build and they couldn’t do the job there, they were extremely helpful where I could go and how to solve the issue. I arrived at 8:45 in the morning the oil change was not performed until about 10:30. The work was completed around 11:20. This took way to long. And if you pay in Cash - they Will Not give you change!! Your cash Must be exact amount. They DO NOT mention this at all ? - only until you have to pay. If I had been told this up front early, I would have bought a coffee or something to get change needed.

I just needed my spare tire put on. Everyone there was kind, pleasant, attentive, and caring. They treated me like if they knew me and I was family. All the gentlemen jumped right in to help me. This place is awesome. After my check engine light diagnostic they explained the work that my car needed to get done. The price was reasonable for the year of my truck. They did the work fast. After that, I passed my smog check. I definetly will do business with them again.
This branch in particular does not follow the restriction and guidelines of the COVID-19 pandemic, considering the time of circumstances of a purple tear. After receiving my vehicle back I saw one of the employees driving around a customers car without wearing a mask. I reported it to the manager and as well as left a review on yelp. Once The report was submitted through yelp the owner begin to harass me on having me take down the review claiming that I was “lying”. I could not believe that someone who is an owner can be so unprofessional and be so childish when instead of taking care of the situation they continue to harass me & be in disbelief.I knew what I saw and I would never make up anything like that. Matter of fact, I left A note on the customers car that was used telling them what it happened. The danger of not following these restrictions on wearing masks and being clean during these times is very severe.None of the employees follow within the guidelines of wearing a mask as shown through my experience. They do not work gloves. They do not place any seat covers either. The following were the claims that the owners made that their employees follow however just from my first hand experience this was absolutely false.I would gladly tell people to take their experiences somewhere else where it’s safer.

I been out side since 720am on June 08, 2017. The sign and website say open at 730am. Employees outside waiting as well for someone to open. What kind of business have a sign and promotes a time that provides business and yet are not open. Its 8:28am right now that Im posting this. Not good business. For all future customers be aware.

I just got a JKS 3.5 inch suspension lift installed on my 2018 JK and could not be happier. The install was perfect, and attention to detail. The knowledgeable staff suggested I get a 4.56 ratio differential re-gear to compliment the 35” tire upgrade, which I did. Wow, the power is great and my mileage improved. They also installed an Adam’s drive shaft and gave me a great price for the compete job. I estimated over a 2k savings compared to other estimates!
The guys at this location are very professional and friendly. They give you realistic times about how long you may have to wait or how long your service is going to take, which I truly appreciate. They also took the time to do a full inspection and give me the details even though that’s not what I pulled in for that day. They always do a great job and I am super happy with their work. Definitely would use them again!
Made an appointment at 8am so my car should be finished around 12 or 1 considering the service I needed done was going to take about 4 hours and my car wasn’t done until 6 (the time they close) I asked why it took so long and they said it was because they had leftover cars from the day before that they finished up before even starting my car which basically defeats the purpose of me making an appointment. I am satisfied with the service and the price was reasonable but I would suggest starting cars based on their appointments or take that option out completely.
I need an oil change change. Left my Explore there while my family went to Wal-Mart. They asked me about my breaks before I drop it off. I told them that I have my brakes in my tires done and Mexico is very cheap over there. When I came back I found they were doing a brake check on my Explorer and they told me that was free. That a week 3 later Im looking at my tires I notice that I missing 3 lug nut studs that they were broken off with the impact One on each tire I guess it was my fault for mentioning that I get my brakes done in Mexico. This happened one year ago. I didnt bother going in and fighting about it. But I do feel that others should be aware there Malicious acts. I know for a fact That my lug nut studs were all there Before I got my oil changed.
They were great, extremely courteous, and the service was fast and at a very reasonable price, would recommend!
You get good service here and they always check your entire car no matter what service you are getting, it’s all texted to you with detailed information of what’s good or bad in your car.

I went in cause ny car was making a death rattle dude squeezed me in right before closing and did me a bigger solid and got my car done asap (bad alternator) when my car pulled up i didnt even hear it almost didnt notice...was it pricey yes, was this my first auto shop visit yes, but what it also was, was a very professional and efficient staff i was showed what was bad,why and a little bit of free advice on the side. This meineke is horrible I paid for in oil change and a wheel alignment. First the guy told me they closed at six which they did but when I went to call the Meinieke I was connected to a center where it was telling me that they close at four. After leaving Meinicke I told the guy to call me as soon as they got done with my car nobody called me after. I never got a call saying my car was finished and reasy to pick up and it was almost time for them to close nobody had called me. Once I got in there they hadn’t completed the wheel alignment all they had did was the oil change after I had told him I needed a wheel alignment and a oil change and I asked if they would have enough time and the person told me yes which they did not. I’m tired of their service and then I was charged a higher price of $96 for an oil change who pays $96 for an oil change after I was told it would only be $84.95 thats a whole 12 dollar difference.
I needed a oil change, I arrived at 4:20 at this location I was surprised, they denied me the service, the reason, they said they stop oil service at 4:00 on Fridays, I dont understand because they close at 6:00 ???

Great service fixed the brakes after my son and friend took it to a friend who left the car worse than it was thanks meineken.

They called to notify me that my service is complete. After walking 15 minutes from my home they were still trying to reset the maintenance reminder on my car. After 10 more minutes of patiently waiting allowing them to try to reset it with there computer, I decided I didnt want to wait anymore know that I could do it myself in a matter of seconds. The staff was friendly, but their technical expertise is concerning.

I recently moved here and have ways used Meineke. Have always had a wonderful experience. I used this particular store once before. Service was quick and no issues. However, today I went in to inquire about an oil change. I stood behind the customer checking out. The employee behind the counter looked up at me and without a beat said Have a seat, Im about to go on break. Seriously, what the hell ! So I just said quickly How long for an oil change? In which he replied about 2 hrs. So I left and will not be returning to this Meineke.

The service advisor was very nice and got the service done quickly. They contacted me to let me know that the car needed an air filter. I had the oil change and cabin filter replaced but I was very disappointed a few days later I went to use my windshield wipers and there was no fluid. I paid $130 for my service that included the cabin filter and was really disappointed with the fact that they did not top off all my fluids and I didn’t get a check list sheet of what was inspected. The service advisor said it was dealer quality service and quicker but I guess it was not my day.
Showed up in a fleet vehicle a couple months ago at 5:04pm. Employee told me they dont do oil changes after 5pm. Returned today in another fleet vehicle. Same employee told me they dont do oil changes after 4:30pm. I was there at approximately 4:32pm. BTW there were no cars in the stalls. The employees were standing around just kind of hanging out He actually referred me to WalMart across the parking lot. He said they were open until 7pm and they would be more than happy to help me out. Wow! There are lazy people and then there are employees who just dont give a f#$%k about anyone but themselves. Customer service. Whats that? Please come here if you want your time wasted and BS excuses as to why we cant help you.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I dropped my car off for a service and they decided to close 30 minutes early without notifying me. I had to cancel plans and when I came to pick up the car the next morning, no apology or anything. Just a bunch of irrelevant excuses.

About a year and a half ago i went here for a transmission flush. When I got the receipt I noticed they also did a radiator flush. I figured it was part of the service and didnt think about it again. This week I noticed that my heater was acting up and not working properly. I found that low coolant can affect it functioning well. I got home after driving from work and popped the hood to check the coolant level and it was spraying out of one of the hoses. My personal mechanic checked it out and noticed that there were broken pieces on the radiator. There was a hose hidden away from sight and it had two broken valves inside it. The coupling was broken and the piece on the radiator was broken too. I had to buy a new radiator. I am upset that they did not tell me they broke my radiator, and they hid their mistake. I dont believe it to be malicious on their part, still, the fact that they did not own up to their error was very unprofessional on their part. I would caution anyone having their car serviced here. I am not looking for any kind of refund, just expressing how disappointed this situation is. I am glad there wasnt more damage caused, still if I had known of their mistake that day it could have been fixed properly.In response to the owners response. No I did not get the wrong business. I had already been going to this location for several months. In that time I had three successful oil changes, no problems. I have never had my radiator worked on before, only that day I came in for a transmission flush. I absolutely believe your employees are ase certified and professional. I also know that like me, they are not perfect and just didnt handle their mistake properly. Also, Im sure they would have seen the broken parts on the radiator if it was already broken, and if that was the case, why wasnt I informed? The previous times I had gone for an oil change they recommended other services that my cars were in need of like changing the spark plugs, which I appreciate. Still, the whole situation with the radiator has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Owner is a certified Audi and Land Rover specialist and can be trusted, especially with those brands. I will be bringing my Audi here again in the future.
Meineke is an overpriced rip off and they try to sell you everything but the kitchen sink. They charged me $125 for something that is free at AutoZone, checking my car on the scope. I would never use Meinicke again in 1 million years.
I was the only car waiting on a oil change and I’ve been sitting for 2 hrs and still haven’t pulled my car in don’t come here.
He told me an hour and I came back an hour later to find my car in the same place in the parking lot. No cars were in the shop being worked on. 30 minutes later someone came out to start my car and i was there for over two hours for what should’ve taken 30 minutes.

Went in to replace brakes.Told me it would take 4 hours. Then called me to tell me it would be ready at end of the day. They then called me back saying they didn’t have enough time and would need to hold my car the next day....Brought my car in at 9 am so no excuses. Never would go back.
Went a couple weeks back for an oil change and was very happy with the customer service Conrad provided. Very professional and informative. I had several other questions about maintenance coming up and Conrad took the time to explain. Will be coming back to get help with future maintenance.

Were return customers. The last time my wife took the car for an oil change the employeethat my wife spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. He tried to discourage her from Getting an oil change because it was going to take to long. So I went in the yesterday to avoid getting the same service my wife got and again they tried to discourage me from getting a no chance because they said it was in a take too long. Im not the most customer service person but I think its pretty smart to lock the deal and then tell the Customer how long The service is going to take. I think a customer service training would be good for everybody there
Good price for the oil change and alignment. Clean shop. Not a fan of the pressure sales approach though. $32 for a cabin filter when they cost less than $8 online or at the local auto parts store (400% increase)?
Went here for a basic oil change. The rep asked me about the mileage and I reply 200k. He replies you just keep going and going and going and going. I dont even reply to that. He then said I needed to get the higher mileage oil change(of course it costs more). I agree. Half way through the service he says that I have crust around the rim of my break fluid cap and that they can drain it for another $90. I kindly deny his offer. They then finish about 10 mins later. I drive about 10 feet away from the shop. I have a bad feeling so I pull over and pop my hood. Well what do you know, my engine oil cap IS NOT EVEN SCREWED IN PROPERLY. UNBELIEVABLE. Never will receive my business again!

Horrible. Wasted my time. I showed up at 755am for the opening appointment at 8am, they didnt put my truck on the lift until 840am and didnt begin the work required for the alignment for another hour. Then it took them until 1030am for them to tell me that the truck had a problem with a tie rod which needed to be replaced before they could do the alignment.Long story short, dont go here for any reason. Dont fall for the smiles and nice words, the customer service is horrible.

Service was good, but I thought the price was a little high. I was charged $150 labor to replace a fuel filter and PCV valve, which only took the mechanic 30 minutes.
Expensive and slow. 83.00 for a synthetic oil change. Its 55-65 everywhere else. Didnt have a choice and needed it finished. Took nearly 50 minutes at 2pm on weekday with hardly anyone there. No thanks.

I needed back breaks done and was told I also needed rotors. I was told the price would be $588 and then I get a call 2 hours later saying the labor cost is higher because of the work needed. So now $665.00 I go in to pay and have a valid $20 coupon off of breaks from their website and they tell me they are not going to honor the coupon. Now I understand why I have not been there in 7 years and they are close to my house. If I was you I would go somewhere else as well.

Did compare prices and find out that Meineke is super expensive and they also did unnecessary work, they quoted me to fix my brakes 455dlls!! On Special for me the Dealer quoted me $190, anyway did spend a lot of money, terrible!! I dont have the patience to explain every detail sorry, Never going back!!!
