This is a great auto repair shop and they know what they are doing. NAPA auto repair shops are certified and there employees are trained. There are a lot of repair shops in this local area that are mostly staffed by shade tree mechanics that have not had any formal training. So you have to be very careful where you take your vehicle in for repair or for maintenance. Everyone is professional, very friendly and helpful. They are busy but try hard to get you in and out quickly. They live up to there name - As Soon As Possible (ASAP)!

3 hours later after calling 4 times to no avail, I walk there. The big guy with the pony tail sees me and goes inside the office. I walk up to the door and its locked. ICommon sense hed open the door, he has none. I had to knock on the glass for him to actually open the door. Oh theres nothing wrong with your car. but then he actually starts doing the diagnostics right then and there then took off for a drive in my car. 15 minutes later a Mercedes pull up and the dude gets out and literally cannot find anyone to help him so he ask me, hey does anyone work here? Apparently not I respond and he drives away. $180.00 diagnostic charge to tell me they found nothing but to bring it back if it starts to act up. Not going to happen.

The worst experience i have ever had took my car in for a belt replacement and the guy called me and told me my catalitic converter. Needed to be replaced and my car would pass smog. Charged me $189 for. Diagnostic after i refused to do repairs there took it to different shop and they told me there was npthi g wrong with catalitic converter.

Radiator flush and then fans for engine disabled. I cannot say they did it but my CARB approved catalytic converter was removed and a non compliant one was put on.

My mom went in and took her car for an oil leak and to fix the headlights and brakes. When we got the vehicle back the oil leak had slowed down a bit but by the following week it was leaking again.the brakes are still squeaking and so forth

Way to expensive. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. They charged way to much for a job they did so fast. Everywhere else around the area charges less but I only went with them because they were available same day. If they want to keep clients they need to lower their prices.

Ive had a couple of things done there in the past, simple things like transmission fluid changed. However, I recommended my mom to take her 2003 Hyundai Elantra there to have her coolant lines to the heater core changed since they were leaking. Instead, they wanted her to replace her struts that werent bad (the top hats were cracking) and removed the heater hoses without replacing them. They noted in the receipt that the heater lines the hoses connect to were corroded, and that they bypassed the heater because water was used instead of coolant. Not sure how that happened, but they did not even try or recommend fixing the lines. So now she has no heat, no a/c, and she paid them to 450 dollars to basically fill up the system with coolant and remove the leaking hoses. Totally unsatisfied, and completely disappointed in their work. I was going to bring them more business with my other 2 cars, but that is not going to happen.Edit- ASAP reached out to me to resolve the issue, however we decided that the issue will remain until the car is gone. Have used the place for a number of years; service and pricing has been good. Recently, when I wasnt told an accurate price for a repair, the manager apologized and smoothed things over, so they care about the quality of their service too.

They are a trustworthy place to get your car maintenance and repairs done. They wont recommend that you do repairs that arent really needed, and they charge a fair price for their work.

Went and got my truck looked over for a moving trip.. got the guy to fix my a.c. and make sure everything was working good in truck ..on the moving day we get stuck a hour out and truck is over heating from coolant.. I called and asked if he looked it over and he said he did a Visual look over.. didnt get into truck or under to check it out..

Ok. I waited a few years to post this review.My advise is to not go here. There are plenty of shops up and down Palm Ave that will take good to great care of you.I brought a car into their shop that I was going to buy and needed them to do an inspection. The price was slightly more competitive than most so I went there.Ultimately they hooked up a scan tool and told me that it could be a sparke plug out or a coil or both. That we the whole inspection. After that I went to 2 other shops on Palm Ave one charged $35 more the other $21 more.Each ship took over an hour (Not 15 minutes).The prognosis:Not a sparkplug or ignition coil.A BLOWN HEAD GASKET!CLOGGED RADIATOR - likey cause.estimated repairs $14-2200 for a new engine.THANK GOD I DIDNT TAKE THESE LAZY CROOKS ADVISE.

They have very bad service and they charged me 49 $ for something I didnt ask for . Also the employee wasnt respectful I asked him to talk to the owner and he said he is the owner. He lied to me. I dont recommend anyone to go there. Other things is they took your car for ever for nothing. So saaaaaaad.

VERY BAD PLACEDI took my car in for one reason and he created another reason saying my car had bad parts.But my car was checked prior to this scam artists shop.He refuse to replace the part that he had broken off my car.When I refuse to take his service he mistreated my car left dents and scratches my best advice is to not go this shop if you want the job done right.NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALLLLLL

I took a car for a battery. It was a small car with a small battery, but he charged almost $300 for the battery, then charged for it again, then charged for checking the electrical system and cleaning and disposal. It turned out to be just over $500, then he sold me, without asking, an insurance policy. Stay away.
