I made the transition from mercury to AllState in 2008 and I have never looked back. One of the best choices I have made in life. Yvette Marin has been there since day one. Great customer service and professionalism on her part. Her staff is outstanding.

I filed a claim last month. I was constantly checking the app to see if there was any updates. Unfortunately, I didn’t see anything on there. I tried to call my agent at least 5 times and left messages. They never answered my phone calls nor got back to me. I talked to the general customer service people, but some questions I asked they kept saying I had to call my local agent who was nowhere to be found... It was very frustrating and made me anxious not knowing what was going on with my claim. I understand we are all having hard times with the current situation, but wish they cared about their customers more... I work in the service industry, and in my opinion it was not acceptable at all. They lost my trust.

Allstate has been there for us.. They our old school with new age concepts

Rita helped me get my insurance renewed on Thursday. She made things so simple and easy during a very hectic day. She did her job really well and always kept me updated. I really appreciated her customer service skills so I took time to write this review. I would for sure recommend this allstate office because of my experience with her.

Very friendly staff. Been with them for the last 8 yrs. Never had problems. They answer any and all questions I have. Will continue to do business with them as long as theyre around.

Yvette and her team are extremely polite and helpful. She was able to reduce my rate while adding other policies to my coverage. She explained what my coverages were with detail. I am extremely lucky to have her as my new Agent and look forward to having many years of service with her. I will definitely recommend her as an Agent to all my family and friends.
