We’ll, I had previously Had insurance with Geico. They sold me the state minimal coverage and I was paying more than my car payment. After speaking with Steven Elias, he let me know that I could get way more coverage and saved me over $100 a MONTH! I got way more coverage and included umbrella coverage. Unfortunately my turtle tank is not covered in my renters insurance. I was told anything I owned was covered so I no longer want to pay for something is not reliable to have.

I was at the dmv with expired insurance cardAnd they corrected it almost immediately!Saved me a day off work etc. etc. They are great!

Life saver! Literally, when they say youre in good hands they mean it. I am a personal trainer in the building next to this Allstate office. I was not feeling well one day to the point that I stopped Shane not knowing him to see if he could set with me for a minute until the faint feeling I was having got better. Him and his wife, on her birthday, both sat with me for 30 minutes and when I did not get better they drove me to the nearest hospital. I am so thankful for them and their concern for my safety. Wow, saying I trust Shane is an understatement. If/when I change insurance companies/agents, I will be giving Allstate a call.

I had a policy with a different company, but Allstate insured me and my family with way more coverage for way less price for premiums. Having another insurance company besides Allstate would be nice very intelligent for me.I strongly recommend them.
