In the past I was unable to reach local agency for Bristol West. I would have to make numerous phone calls and leaving voicemails. The last few times recently since Victor has been agent, he always answers my calls and is able to assist me with all my questions.

I did the math and realize they charge about $100 starting fee. And when I signed up nobody told me theres gonna be a cancelation fee of 50$ if I were to cancel within a year. They said its all in the paper I signed when I signed up. It sounds to me a hidden fee and they should have mentioned it. Overall just so-so service when I was with them.

Bought a policy and canceled it the same day because I found a better price. It’s been over two weeks and I still haven’t been refunded the premium. Agent said I’d get it back in about two days but I called the insurance company and they gave me a much longer wait

In short, my speeding ticket record expired, insurance payment goes down and I was thinking of switching shortly before my biannual payment; David here, however, managed to give me couple reminder calls over the past weeks, despite me missing two verbal walkin appointment times due to my tight schedule, I eventually got in for the renewal and his attitude was still absolutely positive; the interesting part is, he claimed another customer had issue finding this place on Google map and ask if I can try it on my phone, I knew hes trying to get my Google map review instantly but he also said that hes just trying to improve the companys status as when he first started, there were only two reviews online... Well, I buy his persistence and self-motivation, so Im leaving this positive review and he totally deserves it by earning an almost lost customer for his company as well as boosting the reputation. *Thumbs up*

The most incompetent & unprofessional insurance agency Ive ever had to deal with. The business has went downhill ever since Josh left when they were still Titan Insurance. They have taken my money and never provided me with insurance on my boat. They submitted incomplete info to DMV causing my truck registration to get suspended. I have sent a dozen emails with no reply. Presently working with the state of CA insurance commissioners office to help me with Noelles mess. Stay far away, dont be another victim.
