I have problems with the claims department so I am requesting a manager over them who they refused to inform me of despite my persistent request for it. . But your agency just tossed me back to the persons whom I have complaints with.3. Worse, you wrote to me that you have informed me with names of numerous claims representatives multiple times but the fact is you have not written to me of any claim representative except the tandem whom I have complaints with.4. Worst, you are writing that it is unfortunate that I chose to post this on your own personal small business page  insinuating a wrong website to post my comments which in fact is an agency for State Farm Home Insurance where we are your clients and the insurer itself.5. Hence, I am most respectfully requesting that the owner, Mr. Deryk Inn edit his response with due diligence and be based on fact and what is actually true.FIRST COMMENTI have problems negotiating with the State Farm claim adjuster and his team manager for  7 months. They are not responding to inquiries about my claim. If ever they responded, they responded inappropriately. I asked these adjusters if they can not respond to my questions then endorse me to their superior manager  so that I may continue negotiating with State Farm and report to them the manner they are treating me. But State Farm adjusters told me that they refused.  So I sought help from our insurance agent, this agency, for any assistance  he could make to reach an agreement with State Farm about the issue. But this agency did not respond. I made a follow up if ever this agency can provide me with any person in the higher management of State Farm to negotiate with. But he declined to help. I would not like to give a rating on this agency. It is up to you. Nevertheless, I filed a fraud complaint to the Federal Trade commission Report number: 132634799.against State Farm Insurance company.

Ive been with Deryk Inn and State Farm for many years now, and have always felt very well taken care of. Ive processed several auto claims over the years and have received excellent advice and service on my other policies - homeowner, jewelry, rental units etc from Deryk and his team. After using many big brand insurance companies in the past and not feeling protected nor well cared for, I couldnt be happier with the level of service and coverage I now receive.
