The auction we just shopped from had 4 big lots. You could bid on each individually, or as a bulk lot. The sore stated that for We the bulk lot bid to win, it would have to surpass the three others added up plus another 10%. That didnt happen so it closed, and we continued to bid on one of the three individual lots, and a few other smaller things. This was only done under the belief that we had won the our bid. We then found out that the bulk bidder got our lot, and were stuck figuring out how to ship the small items. They also revealed after the auction ended that the date when the item have to picked up was a week earlier than originally stated.
Hidden rigging fees for only carrying lots out from the property. Bid with caution a $10 winning bid could cost you $200 in rigging fees.
This operation is too shady. There was a dozen identical lots, I put my top bid ($2500) on three. About 5 minutes later my three lots were at $2500 (not $2400, not $2600) while the other 9 lots were still fluttering around $1400,$1500 and $1600. I was like What are the odds someone bid me to my max on these three lots?! Buyers beware...
