Terribly bad customer service, typical for IAA and worst than any other auctions. Their rules for picking up your vehicle are not listed online, not even on the door as you arrive. Be prepared and call ahead with any questions.

If youre picking up from hear they dont release cars on their auction day which is Mondays tell their auction is over with usually 2pm

If you’re white be prepared to wait until they help everyone that isn’t white. Truth!

These people refused to help me with the issues I had regarding my vehicle. They were rude and eventually hung up on me. Terrible service.
