So Cal Boot Camp is a fitness family! They know you by name and you see the same friendly faces in your class. Trainers are encouraging and inspire you to work harder. The work outs are amazing and really concentrate on individual body parts.Having lower body and upper body days have really made a difference. It will be 4 years in January and I still love it. You don’t have to think of exercises to do, you just have to show up and work hard! I would highly recommend it! Worth the money!

I just finished my first class at So Cal Boot Camp with Ben as our instructor and it is an excellent amount of group circuit training. Ben made sure to take the time to show everyone proper form during the workout and did not hesitate to push us to our limits. Even with being exhausted half way and needing to stop; Ben made sure to check in on me and had great positive encouragement and motivation to continue. The workout itself was great at keeping your heart rate up and engaging throughout each station. I look forward to the rest of my free trail week even if I am sore. Definitely worth trying out and very competitively priced compared to other circuit training gyms.

There are only a few places where I’ve ever had a work out consistently keeping me coming back. Get ready to sweat at so Cal boot Camp!!Great staff great environment and great workouts! Always clean and sanitized after every class. Staff is accommodating and positive. Each workout is unique helping me stay motivated! I have been coming on and off for the last four years and I still love SoCal boot Camp. Always whips me back into shape!

This gym has great appeal being off the beaten track and has large garage doors that open to give plenty of air flow during covid. My experience here is that classes get canceled just because, when I asked why a class was canceled and the manager claimed that there was an emergency. The next week I saw the trainer who usually teaches the evening class and he informed me that he was out of town and they didnt have someone who could cover the class. I feel that I wasted a lot of money on this gym because they only offer one evening class but cancel classes when they do not have enough people signed up. Being that I can only make the evening classes this is a huge inconvenience and becomes a total waste of money. I informed them 3 days after my payment went thought that I want to I my membership and they said that I did not inform them before my payment went through so they are requiring me an additional 30 day payment.I would not recommend this gym to anyone

The absolute BEST place to work-out, have fun, get results, achieve your fitness goals and change your life! Seriously, I started at S. C. Boot Camp several months ago - and after only 3 weeks (a total of 9 sessions) - and not changing a thing about my eating habits - I had already lost 1 1/2 inches off of my waist and 1 inch off of my hips - and I had had a *blast* doing it!The staff are professional, supportive, and attentive - they modify the workouts to suit your fitness level - and they are constantly encouraging you to push yourselves while always respecting your limits.And then theres the other clients! All different shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels - all working out together - all helping each other out and giving each other positive feedback to keep working out and to keep coming back!The workouts themselves are *hard.* Im not going to lie to you. But, they are also quick (usually around 45 minutes) - and they are different each time that you go. In fact, one of the best things I like about S.C. Boot Camp is that I never know until I get there each time what workout I will be doing that day - which I really like because you never get bored or tired of your workout.The workout system that they have developed there is designed to increase your metabolism and after just 2 sessions, I could honestly feel my metabolism shifting - and so the effects of the workouts last *long* after the sessions are over with. I was burning calories faster, even on the days that I didnt work out - and my energy level increased to where I was just doing more and getting more done in other areas of my life!I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at S.C. Boot Camp. I am still a relatively newbie there - but I am sold on their philosophy and the way that they put it into practice. Respect, Support, Fitness - and Fun - what more could you ask for?

If you’re interested in losing weight, getting fit, feeling great and having fun while doing it, then San Clemente Boot Camp is the place to go! I also signed up for a trial program and by the end of the six weeks, I had lost 17 lbs. and 10 inches off my 5’2” frame, simply by following their exercise and nutritional guidelines. It has now only been four months since I started their program and I have not only lost 30 lbs., but also 9-1/2” off my waist, 5” off my hips and over 33% of my body fat. Those kind of results don’t lie about the effectiveness of their program.In addition, I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff and trainers there. Orshi and Ryan have been nothing but encouraging, caring and supportive every step of the way. Their new facility is state-of-the-art, but everyone there is very down to earth and super helpful. All exercises can be modified to accommodate everyone from the first time boot camper to the elite athlete or weekend warrior. The classes are high-energy and move so quickly from one exercise to the next that the 45 minutes are up before you know it. The fat-burning effects of their specialized program continues way past that time however, and I am living proof that it CAN work.I’m not gonna lie... it takes time and dedication to get results from any fitness program and you have to be diligent and committed. The difference between this and all the other diet plans and fitness gyms I have tried is the personal attention and genuine care and concern of the owners, trainers and staff. Please give them a chance and see for yourself!

Love SCBC!I have been attending classes for over 2 years in San Clemente and at the Dana Point location, and Im stronger and healthier than I have ever been...I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be healthier! I have been going to boot camp for about two months and it is going great! My boyfriend tells me how I should keep it up. San Clemente Boot Camp really pushes me to work hard and I leave dripping sweat. I recommend San Clemente Boot Camp to all of my friends.

My experience at San Clemente BootCamp has been fantastic. I have worked out for years, belonging to various gyms, even working out with a personal trainer, but this is a HUGE difference! The workout is intense, always different, and only 45 minutes! The music is great, the open air building takes away any closed in gym feel and there is a wide selection of times to attend. The trainers are positive, supportive, very knowledgeable. You can tell that this is their passion and they are committed to our success. I;m losing weight and inches and gaining a wonderful group of friends committed to staying in shape. Come join us!

Wow 5 weeks and I am loving it!!!! Definitely different from the normal GYM we are all used to, the staff motivates you and keeps it different everyday!! Now that they are open in Dana Point I am even MORE happy just minutes away!!

I have been coming to San Clemente Boot Camp for almost 2 months now and I love it! I started on a groupon that they had available and decided that I had to sign up for a membership. I have yet to be disappointed by this boot camp. Everything about it is amazing! I am already seeing results and I am more motivated than I have ever been to get into the gym! I have even had the motivation to get in to their 5 am class, which has never happened to me before! If you are considering trying this gym out i would highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed :)

I love love love scbc! I joined in on a group on and was addicted. Its pricey but worth it. I utilized the classes in lieu of a regular gym. The staff is so friendly. Josh, Erika, and Sam were my personal favorite instructors: theyre goofy, motivating, and correct your form so youre getting the best out of your workout. The instructors typically join a class or two throughout the day, so they suffer with you! Everyone here is like family, even the stranger youre working out with! If theres a game changer challenge, do it!!!! I lost 14 lbs, %5.6 bf and 7 inches in 6 weeks. If youre dedicated you wont regret it! Join in on a groupon if youre not sure whether or not its the right place for you, but I promise your search to find what youre looking for is over! I only wish I hadnt moved, because I miss this place like crazy!!! :(

I absolutely love San Clemente Bootcamp. Before, I would workout in a gym and I felt like I was always doing the same routine everyday, I wasnt getting any results, and overall it was just boring. Now thanks to SCBC, I am actually having fun working out!!! The atmosphere that they have created is incredible. Everyone is extremely encouraging and people are always willing to help you out, especially when you are doing the camp for the first time. The trainers are very nice and really motivate and push you to workout good. All the routines have been different everyday and I have been doing the camp for 6 weeks which has been fun since its not the same thing everyday. Finally, the results that I have been getting are unreal! I feel the best that I ever have and have more confidence today then I can ever remember having. I LOVE SAN CLEMENTE BOOTCAMP!!!

If youre looking at getting in shape for summer, or to be healthy overall, this is the place for you! I have been involved in several bootcamps and this is by far my favorite. I love the professionalism, the sense of community, and the overall positive atmosphere.I love that every workout is different so Im working muscles I didnt even know I had. I thought I was in shape before, but this is a whole new level. I feel toned and things dont jiggle anymore when I run. Just within the last two weeks, I have gotten several compliments on the muscle definition in my arms. Ive lost 3.5 inches off my waist, 2.5 off my hips and my body fat has gone down 2 percent. I cant wait to continue this program and continue to watch my body transform.The trainers are great and know you by name. They hold you accountable but dont make you feel pressured. Classes are fun and I always leave sweating...but happy.It was hard the first two weeks because I was working parts of my body that werent use to being worked out. But stick with it because after that, its so worth it!Thanks to Orshi and everyone at SCBC!

I joined last July and was hooked from the start. Anyone can do a boot camp. Its all about how much effort YOU want to put into it. But what really makes this boot camp special is the positiveness and professionalism of the trainers, staff and the participants. Plus, you get a lot of individualized instruction from the trainers to improve your form. You will never get bored because exercises are new everyday - just to keep your muscles confused. I still get sore in areas even today even though I am soooo much stronger than I have ever been. The facility is perfect, offering ample space and equipment.Within a couple of months, I began to see some real results with my strength and loss of body fat however I not really changed my eating habits. In October, they offered a Game Changer Challenge but I was not quite ready to commit to it. By February, my weight and body fat had not budged and I still seriously thought I was eating healthy. Then another six-week Game Changer Challenge was offered in March. After witnessing the results of past participants, I was motivated and signed up. My employment had winded down so I had no excuse not to commit to the challenge. I have recently completed it and lost over 4% body fat, 14 lbs and 11 from my waist and hips. It has totally transformed me for LIFE and has permanently changed how I eat. It has taught me how I eat, when I eat and made me realize just how clean eating can make you feel. Not only have I learned to eat breakfast every morning, but how to incorporate more fresh vegetables into my diet. I no longer crave processed food and I have so much energy! Diane was my constant support. It was a blessing to have her push me every morning at boot camp and in the pre & after workout challenges. Plus I had great support from the staff & boot camp buddies. AND I can do a chin up for the very first time!The weight and inches I lost are pretty amazing and I am still going strong to lose the last few! I would so highly recommend this challenge to anyone! But you need to be mentally and physically ready to commit to it. Life is a journey and it has taken me until the age of 52 to finally figure it out. Thank you... Thank you ... THANK YOU for giving us this life changing opportunity!

Hello everyone, my name is Karen Mchugh, I started training at SCBC 7 months ago and I feel Amazing! My results have been incredible! I lost 12 lbs within the first 3 months and i am now 3 sizes down. I could not be happier! I enjoy every single workouts they are quick and efficient, always different and challenging. I joined So Cal Boot Camp the end of February 2013 on a 6 week Groupon. At the age of 50 I was 30 lbs overweight, not sleeping through the night, depressed, and overall not a happy person. I have always been somewhat active. I walked 4 miles at least 4 to 5 times a week but did not really do alot of strength training. With a husband & 3 older kids I have always been conscious of healthy meals. As I got older my body had changed and not for the better. A dear friend of mine who had been going for a few months and was looking amazing suggested I try this out. When I joined it was totally out of my comfort zone. I was never an athletic person my any means. The thought of running. lifting weights and dragging a tire was not in my vocabulary.I had been on so many diets that I was fed up with no results. Not even the power walking was doing anything for me. Even with the great results I saw my friend have I thought there was no way I could do this. Will happy to say that I proved myself wrong. When I signed up for the 6 week groupon I made a conscious decission of making the commitment to go at least 4 times a week. It was a dreadful day to be weighed and measured not to mention taking my BMI . But I thought I have everything to gain and alot of weight to lose.I started on a Saturday Rev up class. Must say I was so sore after the first session I wasnt sure I could even get out of my car when I got home. I was warned this would happen so I went back on Monday morning and over 7 months later havent stopped going.In the beginning I could barely run a quarter way around the building, do a burpy and so many other things. I had no idea what half the lingo was. Burpy? I am thinking that is what happens after a drink or good meal. A plank?? Pirates of the Carribean... In all honesty I felt like a fish out of water but I am so grateful for the wonderful team of coaches & staff that have been there in my journey.Yes it has been a hard fought but rewarding journey. I started to feel stronger every week. Slowly but surely I started to see the inches and eventually the weight drop off. One thing I did not do was weight myself all the time. I did not want to feel disappointment if I did not loose a 5 or 10 lbs in a week. I wanted to do this the right way so I wouldnt have the same reaccuring problem which was loose weight fast then put it back on faster with a few extra lbs.I started off going 3 to 4 times a week then increased it to 4 to 5 times a week. After the 6th week I was excited about the results I was experiencing. My family was very supportive and really encouraged me not to stop. I was not only starting to look better in my clothes but I was feeling better mentally. There is a great & fun spirit with the other people who go and work out there. It does not matter what age, shape, weight, etc you are, lots of encouragement & fun. Yes I said it fun! It is also hard work but the energy is alway exciting and the exercises are never the same. Everyday is different.I am so proud to say that I have lost 25 lbs, 9 inches overall & dropped my BMI level. I have been thin in my lifetime but never fit. I am fit. This has been the best investment I have ever made for myself.There is no price tag on feeling better about yourself. I have great energy, I stress less, eat healthier without depriving myself and I am a much happier person. Just ask my family.Taking the 1st step is always the hardest but if you believe in yourself and have faith it will make all the difference in the world. JUST DO IT......
