Word to the wise, whatever you do at this Pure Barre studio GET IT IN WRITING. I have spent the past month (literally no joke) trying to get in touch with the San Clemente studio because they charged me an extra month even though I had moved 7 hours away and was assured my account would be terminated on July 29th. Immediately after seeing a faulty charge hit my credit card on July 29th, over the past 30 days alone I have called 14 times, physically drove into the studio and spoke to the front desk associate who was unable to assist because she wasn’t a manager, and then emailed 7 times. The management team here is completely unresponsive. The few times I was able to get ahold of a front desk associate live, they assured me that Ashlie, the manager at the time, would call me back same-day which never once happened. Such a disappointment after being a client for several months.I’ve lived in a few cities different cities over the past five years for work so had the chance to try out Pure Barre studios elsewhere – I can confidently say the San Clemente studio is the least responsive and most disorganized which is disappointing because the clients and instructors are fantastic.

Super nice staff! They were helpful over the phone getting the app set up for this location. All their classes offer a wonderful challenge and I look forward to my 3 months unlimited membership. They also have Livestream classes now. #summerfitness

I was a member at Pure Barre in Seattle and when I moved to San Clemente, I was looking for a fitness studio to become a member of. Really glad I found Pure Barre! Such a welcoming group & I have enjoyed every class.

Poor management. Jane is extremely unprofessional and has a poor track record with her staff. The classes may be good, but for the amount of money they cost, I would encourage you to look at somewhere else that has a warm and opening management. Jane, and some of her other cronies, truly are the lowest of the low.

Ive been doing Pure Barre for years and I still love it as much as when I started (almost 500 classes ago). All the instructors are friendly and helpful. The music gets you going. The workout is challenging and very effective. Youll never take the same class twice because the instructors are always applying new techniques to keep you on your toes (pun intended). If you are looking to make a healthy change for yourself, and make some great friends, give Pure Barre San Clemente a visit. You will not be disappointed.

It was a free class, the staff were very nice, courteous, and professional.
