I walked into The Senor with the full post-pandemic mop head and walked out with one of the best cuts Ive had in forever. Emily tackled the wooly mess with patience and skill. I live in LA but itll be worth the road trip when it comes time for the next cut. Great job!

I have been going to downtown barbers since 2010, it has changed hands at least twice. Not counting one or two barbers the turnover is tremendous. Go to the far right corner and see Randy, hell take care of you.

Its an excellent place to cut hair. Theyre fast, and the price is very fair. Just remember to bring cash because they dont accept cards. However, they have an ATM inside if you need money.

For the last 10 years Ive only been to three people who have cut my hair. Prior to that, it was always a hit and miss because too high of a cut and my head would look like a ball. So I would always be loyal to those who could cut it properly.The instant I sat down, John, recognized that and put my mind at ease. Best haircut Ive had in 10 years. Not only do they cut your hair, but they also finish with an old fashion blade around the edges. John is there Wed-Sat. Sundays are flooded by military, who get a $10 price for their haircuts.

I went to this place 3 Sundays in a row in an effort to build a rapport with the barbers. I asked for the same thing every week (medium low, sides and top blended....the most basic military haircut) and got something entirely different every time. And they werent just the wrong style of haircut, they were bad. No fading, just lines everywhere. I go to the barber at the PX every Monday and have her fix it. I wont be going back here again.

Love this place. Been going there for 4 years now.

Was a big fan until I met the owner. I witnessed this rude man mistreat an employee, call him a liar and fire him. During the rampage he called service men liars and thieves. Military haircuts are a specialty and when Marines had tried to get cash from the ATM at the barbershop, it failed to dispense cash, but had deducted from their accounts. The owner denied the machine had failed, the employee pointed out that he has witnessed the failure and the Marine had showed the deduction on his bank app on his phone. The owner complained that the employee had wasted his time and lied about the whole situation, claimed the Marines are just trying to take his money. After 5 years I will never do business here again.

Do not go here if you have ethic hair. They do not know how to cut a medium fade with a line up. I called and asked for the haircut, he said he could do it. I get there and he proceeds to cut the waves out of my hair and go against the grain. He also left patches in my hair, WTH? Smh. Never again will I make the mistake of going there.

I usually dont write reviews but I think this place was worth mentioning. Just got my haircut like 20 minutes ago and Im for sure coming back. The dude John cut my hair and let me tell you, hes a rad dude. Started talking to me about Sharknato and all that. It was a clean environment and good vibes. This shop kills.
