I took my 20 month old here today and wish I had been bringing him here from the beginning! They were FANTASTIC! I wish I had gotten the stylists name because she did such a great job!!! My son has super straight hair that just wants to fall forward. Everyone else has butchered his hair, but not this place. He looks absolutely adorable. And they were super patient. I felt terrible because he was screaming and they were so nice about it. One of the guys even brought him some dinosaur toys to help calm him down. Highly recommend this place!

Very positive comments overall... with one not so good experience, which happened on the last visit.Ray (Rachel) is great as she is really savvy to your needs as a patron and very personable and smart.The stylists are interested absolutely, in your hair and your continued business, which really says a lot. A worthwhile and fun experience to have hair cut there. Been going there for many years off, and on. A really good shop with excellent customer service, Stylists are cool (all of them) and quick to get you seated.I dont recommend having Bree do your hair, chances are too good that youll be unhappy with the outcome. My experience was this. She didnt listen to my requests for my cut, and asked no questions about her progress as she was cutting my hair, she offered no feedback along the way... Seemingly oblivious to my interest in having my hair cut in a way I would like it to be, as I explained casually and yet carefully what I wanted to with it.I thought she should have understood that it mattered to me... It didnt really work out that way. I mentioned this to friends, and found out theyd (2 of them, in this conversation) had the same type of experience with her. Not Happy. One of them shaved his head.

Staff is super hospitable and great at what they do. The one female was a little black cloud in the room but the guys were on top of that and by the end of my visit she had a smile from ear to ear!!! JK but all in all it was a great experience and cost effective!

I have been coming here for almost 13 years and it is great. The employees are extremely friendly and the haircuts are of great quality. My dad has been taking me here for a long time and I will keep coming back for a long time.

I was charged for $30 for only cleaning up my sides. I used to go to the other location in monarch as well all the time back when I lived in town. Never was charged that much. I’ll be going somewhere else now that I moved back to sc🤙🏽

They have it showing they are open but when I went there, they were closed. Change your website information so people like myself, who drove from Laguna Niguel, dont waste their time.-GSH

If you thoroughly enjoy waiting 3+ hours (with only 1 person ahead of you), you will not be let down with this barbershop. Do not make my mistake and waste your time

I took my son here for his last haircut and was very impressed! All the barbers were very skilled and professional, and you get old fashioned attention to detail and premium services included (such as the hot towel). A little on the expensive side ($20) but well worth it in terms of results. Excellent haircut.

Great barbershop, only let 3 people cut my hair though. Also time of business is wrong. Got here at 8am like it says its open and it doesn’t open until 9am. Should probably update that.

This barber shop is not good at all, It feels like a Vs barbershop but with a different name or worse off Super cuts! I’ve gone here 3 times and have gotten terrible overpriced haircuts. Noticed most of the barbers are apprentices and they’re way too old to be apprentices maybe in their late 40s early 50s? I Won’t be returning. there are other options here in town like the new spot over by Calypsos. This is coming from a retired barber who started cutting back in the 70s!

I sat there for about 45 minutes waiting for 2 people in line in front of me just to sit in the chair for another hour to receive an acceptable overpriced haircut. These people have no sense of urgency whatsoever. They are very lucky to have received a tip.

Was the best barber shop in all of OC, in the last 5 months the price went up and theres only one or two barbers I would let cut my hair!! Was never that way before, you could walk in and get a high end cut from any barber working.....sad, all the good barbers have moved on!

Went on a Sunday for my usual weekly haircut. The older lady who cuts hair closest to the door way on the left right when you walk in was very rude. I told her I wanted a little off the top. She replied in a rude tone “1/4,1/2, or 1in?”. After the haircut she gave me change with five one dollar bills. I said thanks and went to turn around and leave because obviously I wouldn’t leave a tip since she was being rude. But as I was turning around she noticed I wasn’t going to tip and said “wait, let me just give you a 5 dollar bill instead.” I gave her the one’s and she dropped the 5 dollar bill letting it fall to the ground as she turned her back to me.

Only place I go to get my hair cut, excellent service.

Most barbers are pretty good but any type of fade ive asked for, ive gotten high and tights, being in the military doesnt mean you have to have high fades! We can have low fades
