I have a Viking electric cooktop with 6 elements. One of the elements stopped working so I called to have someone come look at it. They canceled the first appointment and rescheduled it for 2 days later. The next day they called to see if they could come since they had time that day I said yes. It is $120.00 which would be deducted from the repair charge. They came, looked very quickly at the unit. Found the make/model and said it would be $2500.00 to replace the one element. I said that was too high because the unit sells for less than $3000. He assured me Viking was way more than that. I said no thanks and it cost me $120.00 The unit is currently for sale at Best Buy, Pacific Sales and a few other spots and retails for $2809.00 I certainly dont think they have reasonable prices!!

They sent a guy to my house. He was there for literally not even 5 mins, didnt take out ANY tools to test anything. Charged me $95 FOR WHAT?! Told me it was the compressor. He didnt take anything apart. They didnt test anything for pressure or leaks or even look at my unit. Then told me it would be $10,000 to replace my refrigerator. I called the lady at the company back and she refused to give me a chance to talk, instead she told me that the guy is very good at what he does and he didnt have to take any tools out to know what was wrong. Definitely dont use these people.

Very satisfied with the service I got from this company! Came on time, fixed my washer the same day, had part in stock and most impotently the cost was super reasonable. $125 including part and labor. Recommend all my friends!!!

Customer service lady is extremely rude. Dont trust their service after that call.
