I had the best service from a store EVER today!I bought a new built in oven/ microwave from Alex at Dewey,s on Saturday, had it installed on Tuesday and could not get it to work. After 2 hours on the phone with Whirlpool on Wednesday still no luck. I called Alex and he took all the time necessary to walk me thru it and get it functioning properly and sent me the full owners manual which I could not get from Whirlpool. I will never shop for an appliance anywhere else again.

It’s a smaller size store but has a decent range of brands to look at. Was looking for a refrigerator. The sales guy was friendly and patient. No sales pressure and tried to be informative and seemed willing to give the pros and cons on different brands. Pricing seem pretty much msrp but with covid supply shortages it seems to be more of a sellers market right now. They didn’t offer one brand I’m interested so will need to visit another store. However, if pricing and delivery is comparable I will consider them for the purchase.

Deweys did an excellent job helping us choose a dishwasher that was right for our needs. Because of the supply shortage of appliances I had to contact Dewey‘s three separate times and each person I spoke to was equally helpful, knowledgeable and patience with all the questions. We have used Dewey‘s for years because they consistently have Competitive pricing and outstanding customer service!

Called at 3pm today needing a fridge tomorrow….to be delivered on a Saturday! By 4:45 I had a fridge paid for with delivery set up for tomorrow. Quick easy professional service and reasonable prices. Thanks for a great experience guys!

I cannot recommend Alex and his team with Deweys Home Appliances enough. We found ourselves in a dire situation where we needed to find specific Bosch (or like-kind) kitchen appliances, and we needed them delivered and installed immediately. I have been buying appliances from Deweys for around 30 years. I have purchased apartment grade machines to high end ones. Never once have I had a problem with the quality of the product or the installation of the machines. I have purchased washer and dryers, refrigerators, microwaves and ovens. I would never go anywhere else to purchase appliances. I would research the product before I bought it, and if there was questions I couldnt get answered I would ask Alex and he would steer me in right direction. I have always found them to be extremely reliable and honest.

I called Deweys for appliance repair- my ice machine was leaking water inside the fridge box. It took some investigating, but they were able to diagnose and repair it at what I thought was a reasonable price.The technician Erik was courteous, on time, and clean, and did an outstanding job. It was pretty cool... he was able to look up the part on his phone and provide a real-time quote.I have used other appliance repair companies in the past, but will only use Deweys moving forward. I highly recommend them if you appreciate good service at a fair price.

My #1 priority is getting the best value for my money. Not only does Deweys beat the competition (including Lowes, Home Depot, etc) but the added value of absolutely superb customer service from start to finish makes it a no-brainer for me to loyally patronize Deweys. What strikes me the most (and surprised me greatly, from the first time I bought appliances from them a decade or so ago) is that they dont just push for the sale and then leave you hanging out to dry if anything goes wrong. Whenever Ive needed warranty repairs, have questions or concerns about my appliances, or simply need advice on the best options, Alex and his team are always available -- usually on very short notice -- to help. Ive confidently recommended Deweys to countless friends, and all have had the same exceedingly positive experience. Going the extra mile counts huge in my book, and Deweys does that in spades.

I always dread using Dewey;s for repairs mainly due to the fact I have to go through, I think her name is Marsha, she is extremely curt, not friendly at all. She would be the only negative at Deweys, thank goodness I dont have to speak with her when ordering appliances.

Purchased a new washer/dryer (SpeedQueen) from Deweys after thoroughly researching the brand and models prior to our visit. Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable, providing an honest opinion regarding the appropriate capability for our needs. Delivery was prompt. There were no additional delivery fees, unlike other small appliance competitors in the local area. Delivery technicians installed both units quickly and provided a function check. A small cosmetic blemish was noticed on the washer after installation. The manager and salesman were quick to apologize and offer to replace the component free-of-charge. Overall, my experience with Deweys was overwhelmingly positive and a textbook example of superb customer service.

I called Deweys to service a freezer that I bought from them. Eric came out. stayed 1 minute, moved the ice shovel & said it was fixed. continued to have problems with the ice maker so called him back again for a 5 minute visit, still not fixed. Called back a third time with no resolution.I spoke with a representative at Deweys who assured me Eric has been doing this a long time & is very good. After 3 service calls from Deweys, I called someone else who worked on the freezer for over an hour, fixed the problem & ice maker works great. I was very disappointed in Deweys repair service.

Tried to get help with fitting a built in micro wave oven and gave them the measurements while in the store. I was treated like I didnt know what I was talking about. Very insulting. Customer service was horrible. I will or not recommend shopping here ever.
