Triton Air tech Kevin just serviced the furnace and AC unit (AC installed in 2012 by Triton). Kevin is a true professional, extremely safe (COVID protocol) and thoughtful (shoe covers). Triton is fortunate to have Kevin, he answered all questions and asked repeatedly if there was anything else we needed. Thank you Kevin, your service is important because it gives me confidence that my family will have quality of life through cold nights or hot days.

Christian is a fantastic professional, fine communicator and spectacular representative of Triton Air. Today he completed the replacement of our Honeywell controller board installed in FEB 2021 with a Harmony 3 board, to facilitate better control of fan speed and air volume in each zone. Christian REALLY cares and dedicated his time to ensure a full understanding of our needs and a complete adjustment of system controls to perfectly accomplish our needs! On a scale of 1 to 10, Christian is an 11!!!

A couple weeks ago my AC went out unexpectantly with a 90 degree weather forecast slated for the next few days/week. Casey A. came out with a colleague the next day and got the issue fixed within a couple of hours. I appreciate the way they explained the issue I was experiencing, and presented me with multiple options for fixing the problem. They were very helpful and courteous. Best of all, I appreciated their sense of urgency. I spoke with other AC repair companies before landing on Triton who told me that it would be 10 DAYS before they could get to me...Triton Air showed up to my home within 24 hours of my call to them. Great experience! We were able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time (2 days). The technician arrived within the service window and let us know with a text/call 15-20 minutes before he arrived. Casey was courteous to our home and family. We ordered 2 new A/C units from Triton Air through the Costco program. Everyone we dealt with at Triton was professional and offered prompt replies to my questions. On the day of the installation Scott and his crew members Omar and Frankie were on time. They were excellent! Their work was efficient and thorough. They knew what they were doing and did it with a smile. After they were done they made sure everything worked properly and they cleaned up all the areas they had worked in. I would highly recommend Triton Air and their employees.

Had Triton Air out for routine HVAC maintenance after they installed a new system in 2018. Service was fantastic. Technician provided several suggestions on ways to improve my airflow cooling issues. One of those solutions was as simple as adjusting the vent to point directly at my while sitting at my desk upstairs (work from home) where I was always so hot. Today, I can feel the air blowing on my back and dare I say....I am cold. Love it!

Four weeks ago I have had Triton Air replace complete ducts in the attic, in a 3 level split home. They did an amazing job, their work was immaculate. The technician came on time, they were very proffessional, They also replaced all the air vents and installed a new thermostat and a sensor the can be set upstairs and accessed through an app.It was pleasure doing business with their salesman Joe, their front office, back, office, contract, install and schedule coordinators.I was so please that I contacted them back and requested they replace my AC unit with a SEER 5 ton unit. Once again they were able to get the hardware immediately, and schedule the install which took place yesterday. Joe the specialist and Ethan showed up exactly on time as scheduled and they did once again a perfect AC unit install. They ran all necessary test to confirm the unit was working as described and had the correct temperature distribution through the house.I would highly recommend, had the best experience and call on them in future for all necessary Heating and Air Conditioning install and repair.

Our AC unit stopped working just as temps started heating up for summer. I found Triton Air and was able to book an appointment quickly, and received communications prior. Stu shared steps of his process and clearly explained each of the replacement parts and functions. He also provided info about the AC unit maker, typical lifespan, and set expectations for when we might need to replace the unit in the future. Very impressed and would definitely use Triton Air again in the future!

The technician did not give up on a difficult problem! Bad wiring and a complex unit. He is smart, experienced and hustles for his money. I appreciated him keeping me informed every hour as to progress being made. My home has 2 flights of stairs that he would fly up and down. I think he was issued wings. Another companies technician could have been out of shape and have spent my money climbing / crawling the stairs instead of doing the repairs. Thank you!

Aaron was so great when I needed help, he was there. He walked me through an issue when my husband gave up and it was so hot in the house. He was kind and patient and got me through and we fixed it! Triton is awesome, Casey and everyone there is great and always ready to help. Since we’d like to keep our current systems, Triton is helping keep them maintained. Today Armando and Kevin came to troubleshoot the issue and they were amazing and went above and beyond to help this exhausted Mom. The extra help they gave me was incredible and they are so nice and funny. They made the whole interaction easy and easy to understand. 10 points to such a great company!

One of the most important things to us was the installation date. We had the salesman call and verify the equipment so there would be no waiting to get the unit. Good news the unit was readily available and he told me that they could install in 2 weeks but could not confirm the schedule until I paid a deposit and waited 3 days. Well guess what we paid the deposit and waited 3 days and a person from their scheduling department called and sail the 1st available day was not 2 weeks out but 25 days out. Now we will not have the unit installed when we needed it. Hope this is the only issue and not the first of many.

Triton Air technician Armando R. came to our place to diagnose and troubleshoot our AC unit that had not been blowing cold air the last time used. He called 20 minutes before his arrival to say he was on the way, and was great greeting our dog. He was friendly and respectful throughout, and explained each aspect that needed maintenance. After checking operation, he found a component that wasn’t working right but wouldn’t completely fail until later. His sharp eye and expertise allowed us to fix the problem the same day, before it became a big problem later.

We originally went with Triton because of a Costco promotion. We needed a completely new HVAC system. They are super responsive and flexible with appointment times. They always send you a text message in advance of your appointment with the picture of the tech who will be coming out and a short bio about that person. This makes you feel confident about who you are letting into your home. Their hiring practices must be top notch because every tech who has come out (four so far) have been courteous, polite, and personable. There is no awkwardness, each person has been a true professional. Armando came out most recently for a last minute call on a malfunctioning ac unit. He was on time, fixed the issue quickly, and ended up installing an air purifier even though it wasn’t what he was sent out to do. Armando spent time explaining the issue and made sure we understood every step of the process. The time and attention they provide is stellar and unmatched. While Triton does seem on the expensive side, for the quality of the work and the employees you are interacting with, the price is worth the peace of mind. Their goal is to provide amazing customer service and they exceed expectations each and every time.

The office managers Karen and Susan took great care to make sure that when Ric came to do our repairs everything was ready. Casey came out to address an overflowing AC drain pan and not only cleared out a clogged drain line that was leading to the issue, but also found a small refrigerant leak that was resulting in issues getting the house efficiently cooled. The entire process was first class! My experience began with Charlie (the Project Team Lead). He was very thorough with his review of my existing system and provided several options from repair to full replacement. We elected to do full replacement. He arranged for his service technicians to do a pre-check before the work began to test air flow and pressure to make sure we didnt have an issue with our underground lines. Then, the crew came to do the removal and installation. They were also fantastic -- Jose, Leo, Luis, and Omar. They were professional, on-time each day, and explained everything along the way. He was curious and worked with me since he was early (yay) while I finished working. He found his way to the back of my townhouse to start testing my AC unit while I finished. He took the initiative to get the job going. I appreciated it. Very nice technition.
