Very Professional and experienced! My car needed a special tow due to the way it was damaged and after having my insurance send upwards of 5 tow requests, Nick and Sons towing was the only service able to complete the job! Would highly recommend to anybody in need of a tow, especially to my fellow car enthusiasts who have lowered vehicles!

These guys are the one in SBC!! They gave me a driver who only been trained on the job for 1 month and man if i didnt ask he would have fooled me for a 10 year vet! These guys are punctual, careful with your low profile and cheapest in the area behind others. Quoted 2 bills from Central Ave in SBD to navajo Rd in Apple Valley. Granted Tows are not cheap, neither is maintaining those vehicles. Stop pondering give them a call. They accept card and cash. Thanks guys, your in my contacts!!

Im giving one because I cant put none. Is 3:40pm and the company was assigned to me since 10am. They never show up and when we call no one answer. I was 10 minutes away from them.

Luis, our tow driver was very courteous! Made my daughter and I feel safe and assured us we were in good hands. He even took the time to show us how to get into the tow truck safely using the hand rails. Which also was very clean, smelled amazing, and comfortable kinda fancy sorta way. Alex was prompt, courteous and extra helpful. I thought I had a flat tire. Turns out it was low tire pressure. He put air in all 4 tires and made sure they were all at the correct pressure. I was so stressed out...I know nothing about cars. Alex saved my day! Thank you Nick & Sons.

Amy was great and super patient on the phone helping to sort out the incorrect/incomplete location info google maps was showing. She walked me through how to convey the info. When Angel arrived, he was super polite and concerned about MY safety as he navigated through a significant glitch in the tire-changing system my car presented. In the end, I drove off without a hitch and with not too great a loss of time. In fact, he arrived earlier than promised.They (Amy & Angel of Nick & Sons) were who was sent by my insurance company and “Angel” is a most appropriate name. I’d call these guys again in a second if I were in the area and in need. Thanks to them both.

Very great service I had been waiting for about 3hrs to finally get towed...not their fault what so ever...my roadside with my car warranty,had scheduled a towing,the towing provider canceled on me,after given a ETA of 90 minutes... I was then assigned a new towing with an ETA of 120 minutes... I called back hoping to get something sooner as I had already been waiting for 2 hours... lastly they had “nick and sons towing” come to my rescue and all though I was given an ETA,of 90 minutes,they tried their best to get to me sooner, lastly they should have been here @ 2:45pm according to the ETA,and managed to arrive at 2:10pm... Luis was very friendly and helpful. I had about a 26 mile drive back to the dealership,and the traffic was heavy,but Luis made the stressful experience not so bad... great service and customer service,I hope I don’t ever have to call them again,but if needed they have my service...

I had a small issue with my insurance sending the wrong address and the driver, waited for my insurance to clear up the mistake so I could get towed to the correct location.

The insurance company referred this company to me for my roadside assistance request today. They responded quickly and delivered the fuel to me as early as they could. Very satisfied with their service.

I needed a Jump start since I left my lights on after rushing home in the rain, on Thanksgiving. Next day van was dead, and since I had juat moved to a new home, I had misplaced my jumper cables. Instead of going to autozone, I decided to finally use my Geico Roadside assistance, had them for 10 years and never used it.Geico sent me a message and dispatched Nick and Sons towing, showing me an ETA at 11:51 am (90 min after I requested it). Alex arrived on time, gave me a call that he was outside, and withing 2 minutes he had me going again. Very professional and cordial service. Was very impressed with them.Thanks again for helping a lazy man get going on Saturday.

I waited until 2:30 in the morning for them, and they said they were on their way at 7:30 pm, but they never came. My phone was dead, and I left several messages before it died explaining that it was dying. Was in a rougher area, female, and alone, had to walk home in the rain. 12/08/2019

I requested a tow through my roadside assistance service and they sent one of their drivers from Nicks and sons towing to my home and the guy was very unprofessional and was very rude. I will be contacting the management regarding the driver the driver ended up leaving and hung up the phone in my face without Towing my vehicle very unprofessional and unacceptable service.
