Broke down in Victorville in my dually diesel pickup. They showed up, assessed the problem, took me to a motel, and after they finished the truck, came and got me. Superior service, great pricing......would recommend to anyone.

We had a novice renter in one of our motor homes blow a front tire while on a short trip. 1185 Emergency came out, called us and told us 1) tire was not repairable, and 2) they could replace with a Goodyear G tire. The cost we negotiated was for the new Goodyear tire, the road service and taxes. When the renter got back a few days later we found that they had actually sold us a Thailand made Double Coin tire instead of the Goodyear, and that the old tire was in fact repairable. They sent us a video showing it was. I feel this was a deliberate chance they saw to switch a inferior, new tire for a perfectly good existing tire that could have been repaired. They took advantage of a newby renter and our rental company being 80 miles away. 1185 is a old fashioned bait and switch operator. Use their services at your own risk.
