10/10 recommend. I had a tire blowout & break fluid leak on the freeway and called a few different tow businesses that couldnt pick me up. They picked me up within 15/20 minutes of me calling. Very easy. Call Chinos if youre in a bind! Very kind and professional.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My battery died so I called AAA and they dispatched Chinos towing, and Im so happy they did! Chris showed up on time. Its almost 100 degrees and Im 8 months pregnant, before he did anything he offered me an ice cold water bottle and he gave me all my options to jump my battery or replace my battery after running a test. He was honest about pricing, (which I know because of course we Google everything) and I decided to replace it. It didnt take him very long, he went over the full service, took my payment, gave me the information for my warranties and made sure everything else was ok before he left! Chinos towing has helped me whenever I needed a tow. They are a little expensive but reasonable. I was running late and the driver waiting for me to arrive. I recommend Chinos tow service to anyone.

An independent contractor for Lowe’s had a mechanical problem with their 10-wheeler after delivering our purchase at our mountain home. A Chino’s two-man crew came out to remove that truck from our home. These guys were incredible! I only drive a Prius but if I ever needed roadside service, I would be lucky to have this company show up! I love Chino’s!

I called them at 10:45 am and when the driver finally left he went to the drop off location instead of the pick up location now it 1:21 pm and they still havent arrived or communicated with me they have poor communication and customer service

Chino towing is a dirty company they hike up prices & take 2 hours just to show up . Very unprofessional i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy

Got to my place pretty quickly. Service was fast and reliable and the driver was professional at all times. They charge at a flat rate fee which is great and cheap for short distance towing. I would highly recommend these guys again!

Jovani took great care of us tonight. I met my girl for dinner and her car died. Jovani was right there doing some end of day paperwork, and even though hed had a 12+ hour day, said it was no problem, and took care of us quickly and professionally. Needed my car towed AAA sent this company over, I unlocked my driver door just fine to let guy drive it up on the truck bed. Waved and took off to reached the shop and dropped it off, the guy doesnt say much handed over the keys and left. They went to pull the car in and seen the driver car door handle broken off. Nothing said by the tow truck driver. When I called AAA they made a claim and told me to call the tow company. When I called and started explaining what was going on, the guy got defensive stating I was only trying to get money from them. I never once askda for money just that it needed to be fixed. He was rude and very disrespectful not only for speaking to a woman but a customer. I hope they lose their contract with AAA. I will not let this matter go. They are responsible and need to fix it. Shame on you as a company to have people like this working for you.
