Difficult to get a hold of. I went to their business during normal hours and it was closed. I wanted to talk about 3M PPF and only the owner does that work, but he isnt at the business very often. I left several messages and received one call-bsck, but I missed the call. So I called back and left another message, and thats it. If you get work done, I imagine any warranty repairs will be difficult to get.

They did a poor job of cleaning the tint they put on a car I purchased from a dealer. They then put a “SW Auto Customs” sticker on my front window that was hard to get off (antithetical to keeping nice glass) and left lots of residue. I’ll never willingly do business with them.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They do an amazing job detailing and I highly recommend this place to everyone!
