Picked up my car today and Oh My Gosh it looks amazing! I was skeptical at first being a matte painted car that the film would not match 100%. Let me be the one to tell you it matches perfectly. You can not even tell that there is ppf film covering the whole hood and front bumper. I have to look really close with a flashlight to tell the car is wrapped. If your thinking about getting this done think no more & go here. My car is notoriously the hardest car to wrap and they did it perfectly. I chose to go here after seeing a Mclaren Senna get Xpel film installed here and made the right choice by going to this shop.

Brett and his team at XPEL San Antonio provided some of the best quality work and customer service I’ve ever encountered. They were extremely accommodating to us, especially with us driving all the way from Del Rio to have our new car tinted and PPF installed. Brett sent me pictures of a small scratch that was on the car prior to installing the PPF. I walked in to see what Xpel had to offer. Karina who works the front walked me through the different types of window tint and she was very knowledgeable. She also gave me quotes and the price is reasonable...you get what you pay for. Brett the manager and staff are very friendly. After my vehicle was done the technician who did the tint gave me instructions on how to maintain the tint. When I got into my vehicle...I was blown away to not be dying from the heat. Get the XR Plus...I barely have to crank up my AC now.

Great customer service and knowledge. They were very friendly and I was able to speak to the installers as well. I was Keen on having the Chrome grille and side mirror covers done as well but instead if selling me they honestly told me not to because removal or correction of these surfaces may damage the Chrome finish on plastics. If it wasnt for the cost I would have had them do the entire vehicle!

My wife and I have been working with XPEL since 2015 when we purchased our first Corvette, then a year passed and we purchased an upgrade and called Chris White to have our new Corvette protected, his GOAL is to make his customers happy and make sure you get your car back as soon as possible in MINT condition! We were so IMPRESSED that after a couple of years our Corvette still looked show room ready, but there were some eye sores, rock and door dings that went through the XPEL but never the paint of the car. XPEL does take care of MOST door and rock dings but some people swing their car doors open so HARD, your car does get bruised! No matter how far we try to park away from cars and park in the last parking spot, cars find us! It happens! We went to the XPEL newest work shop and we were once again, BLOWN AWAY, with the customer service. Angel is at the front desk, she is so busy but makes you feel appreciated as a customer as soon as you walk through the door. XPELs LEAD TECHNICIAN is Elisa, even though I didnt repair my Corvette the same day, she went out of her way to go outside and show me exactly what she would need to do to get our Corvette looking great again. Elisa will take care of your car, be assured! XPEL protects your PAINT, you may have to pay to have areas of the XPEL be re-done, but no cost to re-paint the car! That is a SAVINGS all in itself! I am not one to normally post reviews as my expectations are unfortunately so rarely exceeded however this latest experience with Xpel warranted that I share this for those who are considering protecting their vehicle with PPF. I just finished having my third car protected with Xpel Ultimate PPF and XR Window Tint. The quality of the film, the exacting detail of the installation work along with the personalized service is top tier. Each time from the point of the first contact through delivery, the customer experience is outstanding. Never once did I have a concern that my vehicles would not be handled with proper care. The vehicles were delivered on time as promised and without any invoicing “surprises.” They quite simply do exactly as they say they will do. Chris White and his team, specifically Elisa and Trey, have managed to exceed my expectations once again. Another job well done!!!

Great products, Hit a piece of plywood going 75 MPH and it didnt break through the PPF. Ended up saving me a ton of money in repaint and repairs. Wow! Xpel has 2 very important aspects of a successful business locked down. From the first call with Chris to scheduling with Audrey and Amalia everyone was informative and accommodating to my schedule. I only had my windshield done but the car looked great and I think they even washed it before I picked up. Ill be a repeat customer no doubt.

We had our windows tinted our our 2016 Subaru Crosstrek and they did a fantastic job of it. The installation was perfect but what my wife and I appreciated more was the professionalism, as well as the people we dealt with. We spoke with Amalia when we scheduled the job and she was very prompt in returning our calls and was very kind. We spoke with Andrew when we were picking the shades of tint, and he was very nice, very knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we as a customer was satisfied. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

My experience at XPEL SA was top notch! The expertise of their installers is amazing. I had purchased a preowned vehicle that already had the windows tinted, but I wanted to tint my windshield. A friend had their windshield tinted a few years ago and likes it a lot. I’d never considered doing it until I spoke to Chris and he explained how much heat rejection can be accomplished by tinting that one single piece of glass in a vehicle. In combination with tinting of the rest of the car’s windows, it would be dramatic. So I decided to go for it. He was right – it’s fantastic! I noticed it immediately. The installation of the tint is so well done that you’d have no idea it was on the car. They even give you a piece of that “magnetic” plastic for putting your registration sticker onto that then sticks to the film so that they don’t have to cut a hole in the film for it. In addition to the windshield tint, I’ve seen their PPF wrap on many, many vehicles, both for paint protection and for change in paint appearance, and am just as impressed by the quality of the wrap work. I’d highly recommend XPEL SA if you’re considering tint or paint protection for your car.

I took my car in for damaged film on my side mirror - Chris said no problem, easy fix - and the installers took care of it right away and handled it as a warranty. Excellent customer service and super fast turnaround - I was very impressed with their support. Next car that needs either clear shield or window tint will be brought to them for sure. Nothing but top notch service. These guys mostly do high-end super cars and luxury vehicles but treat every customer the same even if you drive a Camry. The sales manager Chris White is a busy guy, but when you have his attention he is intent on making sure you are a satisfied customer and that you are taken care of. I have had 4 work orders between two cars so far and i intend to go back every single time. Unfortunately, i have a favorite tech and he may not be the one to work on my car every time, but when he has, it has been flawless work--and i am picky. This place is corporate headquarters and they make their own films which i now consider superior to other films i have used including 3M products. Without a doubt i will continue to take every vehicle i purchase for Xpel protection. A word of advice to anyone buying a new or fairly new car: take it to these guys for headlight film ASAP. My truck is already 6 years old but because these guys sealed my lights as soon as i got it, they are as clear as any brand spanking new car. No yellow or hazy appearance!
