*Update July 2021* added some photos of the glass and a work in progress shot of the updates we (me and the hubs) have been doing. This company is now called Expo Home! They answer calls and questions quickly. Still very happy and even have them replacing our windows now!!1st Review: Grateful for the crew Austin, Louis, and Adam who took on a job definitely meant for more workers. A 1-2 day job turned into a 6 day remodeling. They walked us through every step, were opened to questions, and created our new bathroom. We of course have to put in flooring/vanities and fixtures as well as paint. We came in knowing they would do the big stuff, moving walls, moving plumbing, and putting in a beautiful open shower. We are still waiting on our glass... But are very pleased. The only critique would be with manager Alan who oversaw this. Wished they had taken in account the amount of work needed and gave additional help. There is also quite a bit of dust so be prepared to clean your home for a bit. Would definitely recommend this crew to anyone!

My wife and I were very happy with the service and installation of our new walk in shower. Expo Home was very professional from start to finish. Steve and J P did an excellent job installing our windows and doors. The young man who did our bathroom was great. Bath Expo had remodeled our Master bathroom appoximately 5 years ago. It is why we used Bath Expo for the Hall bathroom

John Hunt (from Window Expo) and his installation crew was on-time, courteous, clean, and did high-quality work very quickly. They completed the installation of 18 windows in a single day, only needing to do a bit of caulking on the second day. Excellent experience, highly recommend.

We are amazed and pleasantly surprised. Beginning with sales rep. April Rae Kappas; we were immediately placed at ease and very comfortable with her knowledge and her confidence in her company. She was incredible and always had superior answers to our very difficult questions. She got us signed qualified in day one. Shout out to our installers, Raul and Cynthia Hernandez! They were on-time, courteous and professional. More important they were problem solvers when plumbing fixtures needed to be rerouted. Everything looks perfect! Couldn’t be happier with our new shower.

The crew that did the work were totally awesome, cleaned up after themselves all while answering questions from a 6 year old wanting his bathtub now. They updated progress and continued to keep me informed the whole time. Had bathroom done and windows replaced. Both teams were father son and they were so polite and professional. Wow our house looks spectacular. Bath expo did a bathroom remodel downstairs 2 years ago and it still looks fantastic. Thank you

Installation Manager Roger Henneke was fantastic. He stayed in touch with the crew and me personally. He would follow up as the project proceeded. If I had a question he was quick to respond. My forty year old bathroom looks as nice as a new home bathroom. I am so pleased with the service and the product. I highly recommend Bath Expo for any and all bathroom projects.

I inquired about tile for bathroom. Leah called me 6 times in a span of 7 hours today. 6 times! That is not giving someone the opportunity to call back. This is unacceptable. I have a job myself and been busy. Give someone the opportunity to call you back instead of bombarding them with phone calls. I called back and told Leah to take me off her list and to not call me again. First impressions are everything and this is not a good one.

Bath Expo removed 26 yr old tub & walls,Replaced water lines and installed a walk in shower with new walls going up to ceiling. Everything new My Wife & I are very happy with New Shower.Thank You, David & Diana Cadena

If I could leave a negative star, I would. Waste of time and energy. Sales rep was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and my home, slammed my front door when I asked to skip the iPad video and go straight to Picking material and options because I’m an informed consumer. In addition had an issue with putting a mask to enter my home when I suffer from a chronic illness (before covid) Disgusted! The market is too small for companies to do business this way. Empathy is also a quality required in sales. You have to be a human first.

The time of processing is a bit long, but itsworth the wait. Our baths look great and our kids are even impressed with them. The 2 gentlemen that did the work were very professional and did a OUTSTANDING job.I would recommend BathExpo to anyone looking to have theirs done. Thanks 4 a job well done.

An amazing experience with this company especially with all the discounts and bundles I was able to obtain for my window and bath. Great speed and very courteous employees!!

Clean and professional. But, it took almost 3 months to get my windows.

The installers were good still need to put the spacer between the glass doors. I had a drip problem in my shower downstairs and the plumber had to come fix it. Was junk in the pipe from the installation upstairs. Still haven’t heard about the spacer or my problem sent the bill to the supervisor thank you
