Weve contacted this company on 4/20/21 to have my window replaced. They were supposed to send someone to measure our window & nobody showed up. We called again & they finally sent someone out. Their story has changed 3 different times, first they ordered our window, 2nd they received our window on the 3rd of this month and they were on their way to relpace it & 3rd theyre still ordering our window. DO NOT DO BUSINNES WITH THIS COMPANY. They never respond back to calls or texts.

Place my order month ago every time I check they said on a way, never call back, terrible person answering the calls, rude, aggressive, also there address on Google is wrong its another company I checked it, they didnt have location I guess .terrible experience.

Doesnt answer phone? Guessing out of business

I recently needed some windows at my house replaced (after hail damage), and I called San Antonio Glass Services. The secretary was cheerful and helpful at all times, with information, ballpark estimate, scheduling measurements and work, etc. The workers did a fine job on the windows, and the price was reasonable. I would gladly recommend San Antonio Glass Services.

San Antonio Glass service was easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. We would definitely recommend this company and we would use them again.

Their measurer came out July 1st. Manager said I would have a quote by end of that day. No quote. 2 and 1/2 weeks and 2 phone calls later with their promising it will be there by the end of today, still no quote. Guess they have plenty of business already and dont need any new. Very unprofessional.

After the hail storm of 2016 their workers came and did a horrible job. Left silicone all over the edges of the glass, installed one window off center, and they would show up late and have a smoke on my driveway before getting to work. Also they left without letting me know. They had to come back at least 4 times to correct their mistakes. Shame they had such worthless workers, but the owner JOHN and the receptionist Gabby were top notch. But at the end of the day its the workers job that I have to live with! Never let this man in your home

My experience with them is being good if you call and they take long to answer to give a quote I guess you can stop by the store and do it in person I usually dont give reviews but that I dont think is fair when they have a good product and being hammered for not answering the phone or taking long to answer a quotes over the phone everytime I stop by the store they always have a customer and only one person to answer the phone and take care of the customer in front of them the product so far my experience has been good if you cannot take measurements hire someone to do the job

They do not keep there appointment scheduled.. I had a schedule for measurements for 10am and I called and they said they apologized and that he would come out at 130pm and I called them close to 3pm and he said he was on his way. But ended up showing up at 430pm. By then when he came I told him I did not need there service

Called this placed for a replacement glass and was on hold for ever! When they did pick up, the receptionist was rude and very unprofessional!

Not reliable. They schedule, and when they miss their appointment claim that it was not scheduled.
