Had 2 Bay windows installed took their time to give a nice finished product. Very satisfied! Anthony was very helpful and informative the workers Chris and Matthew very timely and professional.

Excellent job done from start to finish. Viva window had the best prices & best quality for our windows. Homer, Chris and Matthew came in focused and ready to install 1st phase of (9) windows and trim. They made sure the area stayed clean inside and out. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I requested a quote. Owner came out and took measurements. Said he would email a quote within a few days. After not hearing anything for a week, I texted him and no response. I then called him and I couldn’t leave a message because his voicemail was too full. He texted and said he would send quote by the end of the day. It is now 3 days later. Nothing. Something shady. If you can’t even be reliable enough to provide a quote when you say you will, then how do you expect me to trust you with my house and my money? Going with Window Source.Responding to response of my review above... If what you are saying is true, you should have told me that you were waiting for pricing. You said nothing. You did not call me or text me to let me know there would be a delay. I had to reach out to you after days of not hearing. You then told me you would have a quote to me that night. You had the opportunity at that time to tell me there was a delay, but instead ignored me and said and did nothing. A simple text apologizing and letting me know there is a delay and you will contact me when pricing was available would have been all you needed to do, but I guess my business was not important enough to you. So yes, “shady” may not have been the best description. Let me correct and use the words unreliable, uncommunicative, uncaring and now argumentative. Is that better?

I love my new sliding door in my kitchen. Viva Windows and their crew did an awesome job! We are now able to enjoy going to our backyard. I’ll be calling on them hopefully soon to do 1 more sliding door and 2 windows. I’m a happy customer!!!!

Viva windows came in at the right time and at the right price. I searched for many quotes, and timelines were long, came across this company that gave me an excellent fast service to install granite, and when they were on-site they offered to install my new front door.Their measurements were accurate, and the installation was perfect, the waterfall idea turned to be an amazing gem in my kitchen.They were professional, honest and a fast working team!
