We recently bought 9 windows from this company, although the windows are high quality, the installations were not. Mainly we have problems with 6 windows, one doesnt even lock! the first installation day they saw some windows came broken in the box, so we had to wait again for them to fabricate. Our shutters do not open all the way because the windows were too close to the shutters. I am patiently waiting to see how all this can be fixed! Next time we will not use this company for the rest of the windows. We are paying top dollar for this product and its not 100% perfect.

Excellent product, excellent Crew. 10 windows replaced in 2 days. Everyone knew their job from Jeff, consultant, to Hunter and his crew and performed in sync like like a well oiled machine! Courteous, aware & careful with household items, floors, and yard . Our windows slide sideways rather than up & down. I love the way BOTH sides of the windows slide open. You can open 1 side or the other or place them in the middle! Thank You guys! We Love Our Windows!!

John was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We are having problems with one window. He pointed out that it may be a flashing issue and not necessarily a window. We greatly appreciated his insight and if that is not the issue, we will not hesitate to have Andersen Renewal replace it because of the outstanding service today.

We have had four different sets of window installations around our house all with Andersen Windows now the project of replacing our windows is complete. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and highly recommend the Andersen brand. All four sets were installed very professionally the last set was installed by Scott and Nick and they did a wonderful job. The whole process with all our replacements was wonderful, seamless very professional and the result is amazing from heat reduction, cold insulation and sound buffering to view, ease of operation and cleaning.

Hunters Crew arrived to install our new windows.The crew was large enough to get the complete job done in a single day though the estimator had allotted two days. The crew protected plantings, covered inside furniture and worked quickly and efficiently. Crew leader asked for trim paint but paint had dried up. I offered to run to Home Depot to buy a new can, but crew leader took care of getting a fresh can of trim paint at no cost to us. After job was finished, crew picked up trash, vacuumed the house where theyd worked, and made sure that we understood how to access the exterior of the windows for cleaning. They were patient, respectful and the kind of workers you didnt mind in your house. The detail work of installation was excellent. The windows all worked well and the house is much more quiet. We love our new windows and the job that the crew did installing them.

Renewal by Anderson is not the cheapest windows out there, but they are the best. We had old single pane windows replaced on our front and back house and a double sliding patio door built in with quite a bit of construction work. Brian Moore was our lead, and the entire experience was amazing. So much communication throughout the process! The crew members were very fast and efficient and were so very respectful and courteous to our home. I would hire them for any job. Absolutely loved the upgrade to our home. Our air unit is running a bunch less, and the windows are very high quality and beautiful. So much difference from other windows we looked at in our process.

Those concerns were put to rest when Hunter and his outstanding crew showed up at my home. They said the project would last 3-4 days, and they were done in 3. They showed up on time, maintained a clean worksite, and took pride in their work. We highly recommend these windows and Hunters team if youre looking for the best.

They installed windows and two sliding glass doors in my sunroom. Martin Gonzales, the installer, was polite and very professional. He was on time and called me in advance of his arrival. A hard worker, he worked steadily through two days. A tarp was used to protect the stone floor and he cleaned up the work space each day. Once installed, he demonstrated the locks on both doors. I am quite pleased with Martin’s work and the Andersen operation from sales/design Curt Hammock to scheduling Susan to Martin.

Representative showed up with no written information to provide me. Told me virtually nothing about his product... yet, continuously told me negative information about Window World and their warranties. Told me what Windows Warranty said... but he was incorrect. Told me what Andersens Warranty said.... and again was incorrect. Without counting windows or asking what I was looking for in windows... told me it would be around $60k.

All I did was get an estimate because I got a flyer in the mail. I have no idea why they are targeting my neighborhood. I live in a small garden home about 1200 square feet. This window service is for rich people who live in the Dominion. The flyer they sent me said 60% off installation and 100 off each window. I have 4 windows and wanted to replace my sliding door for french doors. They gave me an estimate of 28,000. Then said with the discounts it will be 21,000. How is that 60% off and 100 off each window? I mean the work and quality looks fantastic from what he told me and showed me, but they are definitely targeting the wrong customer base. Send those flyers to people in rich neighborhoods not mine! I mean I want nice quality windows, but not going to break the bank for them. That was a complete waste of my time and theirs.

Extremely happy with Renewal by Anderson and my replacement windows. Our salesperson, Curtis Pierson, was very helpful and patient as we asked tons of questions. Susan Goss, in scheduling, was also very helpful and gave us great customer service. We were so pleased with our installers, Nate Wiggins and Colton. They arrived on time each day and had great communication skills. They were meticulous in their work with great attention to detail and cleaned up their work area each day. I’m very picky about trim work and caulking, etc. and I would absolutely have both these guys back to work on my house again. Top to bottom, we have been extremely pleased with Renewal by Andersen and plan on having them back to do our doors and slider as well (we’re asking for Nate & Colton again!). Replacement windows are not cheap, but when you work with a company like this you get a quality product with quality workmanship and quality customer service. Highly recommend!

We hired Renewal by Andersen to replace 10 windows and 4 doors in our circa 1972 home. Two of the doors were replaced with windows that required the construction of 24 knee walls for code compliance. All installations required significant on site planning to repair and retrofit the the nearly 50 year old frame outs to accommodate the wider foot print of the new windows that replaced the original single pane, aluminum sash windows. The remaining two doors were replaced with a single Andersen French door and a sliding French door. The single door replacement required a good deal of reworking at the base of the frame out due to years of neglect and some minor water infiltration issues.Brian M. and his team are outstanding in every respect. They arrived promptly each day at the time they indicated. They worked diligently and efficiently to complete their work each of the four days they were on site. Each day they cleaned up the site ensuring not to leave any debris overnight.My interactions with Brian and his team were enjoyable and professional. It is clear that they work well together and enjoy their work. The product of their camaraderie and enjoyment of their work is what can only be called modern craftsmanship. Retrofitting the windows and doors in our home was not a simple task, but the completed product is beautiful and fits seamlessly into the character of the existing structure. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the final product.An example of the care and diligence that Brian and his team exhibited on our project can be recounted as follows:The single French door panel they installed had some minor damage, a chip in the face of the door, it incurred in transit. Not only did Brian and his team bring it to my attention, they had already placed an order for the replacement. So, the presentation of a problem came with a solution already planned. That is the mark of a professional, whether installing doors or planning a military operation!While I do not have any experience with Renewal by Andersens local competition, I can say that you may find another contractor who can replace your windows for less, but I am doubtful you will get the same level of service. Furthermore, I am fairly certain you will not get the same quality product and warranty provided by Renewal by Andersen. I would definitely work with Renewal by Andersen again, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to my friends, family, and to you!

In the end, we are so happy that we decided to go with this company. The windows are as stated, very high-quality. The installation was done professionally. The lines are sharp and the view is crystal clear. Im sure one could find cheaper windows, but the cost of replacing cheaper windows again in the future offsets the initial cost (no interest financing is available which is a huge plus).

Called to schedule appointment for pricing/consultation; after answering all the questions multiple times, they asked if my spouse is available for appointment – I replied that he would not. They would not schedule my appointment without spouse – is this 1920’s? My husband is a first responder and does not have a regular schedule; I’ve renovated most of our home on my own. Horrible way to do business, very disrespectable. HUGE red flag from the beginning and lost my business (replacing entire home windows & sunroom french doors – 5 sets).

The Renwal by Andersen group was very easy to work with, make adjustments to the work order, and receive accurate advice when issues came up.Yes, their product can be expensive, but having worked in the home building industry for several years I’ve experienced all kinds of cheaper outcomes. Very few of them were worth the time a customer would have to spend with them. Why? Because their window and door seals would fail....at a minimum. Sometimes the cheaper products would fail due to bird strikes which is common in some residential areas.RbA, on the other hand builds very substantial products and hires experts like. James Hunter Townsend and his crew to do the installation. Townsends crew, incidentally, is so good that they found several issues that had to be corrected to ensure the windows would fit and operate securely. That was absolutely incredible to me because this house was built by a well-known customer builder who had an excellent reputation, Sitterle Homes.So, if you want to invest your money and your time in an excellent product, contact Renewal by Andersen.

TJ came and did the measurements perfectly so Hunter could get the job done right.
