I am ABSOLUTELY pleased with the QUALITY of work Titan Remodeling preformed on my home! Carlos was the salesman who came for the estimate- he wasnt pushy and was very informative. Who knew there were so many different types of siding!? Johnny and the office staff were available to answer any questions I had throughout the process, and they actually return calls unlike some companies! 5 stars for service, products, and performance!

Did not start on time. Stopped in the middle of a siding job without any siding on half the house.. And it rained. They did not have all the materials. They should have had all the materials between when it was ordered in April to the start date the first of June. There were 13 large holes in the base board. Asked them to replace that section but they put foam sealer in the holes and put siding over it. They were very unresponsive to phone calls, messages, and text messages but were really very much concerned to get paid immediately. Took over 4 hours to do the finishing touches but they wanted to be paid before it was finished.The job looks good now.My comments were accurate.Yes, I wanted it started early. It wasnt, it was started as the contract stated, first week of June.The materials were not there midway through the job.I sent texts, messages, and photos of the holes for over a week no response. I would have paid for the baseboard if someone would have talked to me.I drove back from CO to inspect the job, which still wasnt finished in July.The previous window job was not good in that my wife complained of cold air coming into the window by her bed in the winter.. Otherwise good.

The installers were on time and efficient at their work. Alight and clean Up after themselves without leaving anything behind. Explained thoroughly how the windows work. A very good experience with the installers and Titan remodeling Honda sales in.

I the best experience with Titan. I actually reached out to Titan when our other window company left us hanging. Spoke with Johnny initially and explained our situation. He was very professional and was happy to see what his company could do to help!In short, we purchased 3 windows from Titan and had them cut a new area in our home for these 3 windows and what superb job they did! The team was excellent and professional, cleaned up after each job and even installed the windows I had bought from the other company in record time, with no issues!!I would highly recommend Titan for your window needs!! The salesman Carlos was very friendly and informative about their windows and the company. I plan on getting new windows closer the end of the year but wanted to know how much it would cost. Carlos didnt push me or pressure me when I told him I could not afford to buy them right now, and Im thankful for that. Ill be calling closer to November to proceed with the purchase.

My window buying process with this company was extraordinary. I submitted my information for an online quote, took some pictures of my home and had an estimate back to me within a day. I received a quote from another local company 2 months prior, so to not have to sit through another 3 hour presentation and still get an estimate was great! We contracted to replace 14 windows and a sliding patio door, and the price was much more aligned to what I was seeking. The windows arrived about a month after signing the contract, and the installation crew was amazing. I am very pleased with my entire experience with Titan.

My home had double pane windows..but there was a 28 degree difference in my bedroom at the windows from the interior wall. 28 degrees is a BIG difference.I started by having 5 windows installed in February 2018. I LOVE THESE WINDOWS! The Installers did a wonderful job and it was fast. When they left you could not even tell they had been here....they cleaned up every little spec.I am so happy with these windows and Titan Remodeling that I just placed an order for 3 more windows to be replaced. Now I have only a 4 degree difference at the windows to the interior wall.....BIG DIFFERENCE. You REALLY DO get what you pay for and Titan Remodeling is the BEST of the BEST. From start to finish...and 100% professional !!

I hired Titan to replace the windows on the front of my home. I had previously received 2 other estimates. While Titan was not the lowest estimate, I dont mind paying more for quality work and not having to worry about problems down the line. I met with Carlos C on 5/21/2017. They completed the work yesterday, and I figured its only right for me to write a review about my experience for others who might be in the position I was in. Carlos told me the installation would be 3-4 weeks from the time of signing the contract, and the company followed through. The windows look great, and the installers were on time, skilled, and left no trace of debris. Titans warranty on their work and windows gives me the peace of mind for any future issues that may come up. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism, quality of work, and communication Ive received from Titan. We first became acquainted with Titan remodeling at the 2017 San Antonio home and garden show. We were not really in the market for new windows, however we knew it was definitely time for replacement as our windows were from 1971. We did not really intend to listen to the sales pitch, however their special pricing package was enough to get our attention. We were already familiar with the quality of the Simonton windows and new it is a high quality product. We set up an appointment to discuss pricing and the owner William and Mike came out to personally give us the best price available. There was no pressure to purchase and they were extremely knowledgeable and a blessing to work with. We made a deal with them to replace all of our windows. In less than three weeks the new windows arrived and Jeffery and Ismael got to work. They paid close attention to detail and made sure the end result had a professional look. They did not cut corners and even went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and satisfied. Their quality of craftsmanship is to be commended. They worked hard ALL day, only stopping for a short lunch break. They cleaned up ALL of the old materials everyday and left nothing behind. When the job was complete they took us around to every window, making sure we understood how to operate them and that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. The people and crew from Titan remodeling were very professional and quick. The crew pointed out items that could potently be problems and did their best to avoid those problems. The crew cleaned up after themselves before moving to a new area and kept the mess to a minimum as they worked. The crew was also very courteous and knowledgeable about the windows and sliding door. I have already noticed a change in the inside temperature of my house from the new windows. This is one company and product that I would recommend to any home owner.

Titan Remodeling was hired to install siding on my house. From the first meeting with Preston and deciding what we could afford and what it would looked like on our home, Titan Remodeling and their team of installers did everything they said they would do. The finished siding looks great on our home. The area is clean and the craftmanship is top notch. Very happy with the work and company.

These folks are making unwanted telephone solicitations late in the evening. They seemed completely unconcerned that they were calling people on the Federal Do Not Call List. When pushed on the matter they just hung up. This is not behavior one would associate with a reputable business.

Ordered doors, was told installation in 6 weeks. After 8 weeks went by and no call, we started calling to inquire what was going on. Was lied to twice, would have been another 4-6 weeks to even get the doors before they could schedule installation. Horrible customer service. Will be notifying Wells Fargo Home credit services as well. They give you a discounted price for a 5 star review. Buyer Beware!!!!

I purchased a Simonton Sliding glass door from Titan Remodeling. My house was not level nor was my walls plumb. But Jeffery did a fantastic job with a challenging situation and even replaced some rotted flooring. The door operates fantastic and looks so good. All of Titan Remodelings staff were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone. The products and installation department are the best I have ever worked with.
