Driver picked up my vehicle within 15 minutes, dropped it off at the dealership within 30 minutes and sent a picture for verification. Got the entire job done within 1 hr so no complaints from me. I have no complaints about the price as I’m filing through my road side service program. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Very responsive. I called and I had a tow truck within 20 minutes and hooked up and on the way in 10. I had originally called USAA roadside assistance and was waiting on another tow company for over 3 hours and they never showed. Piyos Towing made a really stressful situation a lot easier.

I called Piyos towing about 10:30 New Years Eve. He immediately left his party to tow my sons car from the 1604 access road to my mechanics shop.I appreciate that the number listed was his personal business number and not a service that contacts a nearby towing company.I highly recommend this towing service.

Came out at 4:30am to jump my 18 wheeler with no hesitation. He was here in less than 15min. Did not leave until he was sure the rig wouldnt turn off. Fast, reliable, polite, couldnt imagine getting better customer service!

My tire completely blew on the side of the highway. While I was trying to get in contact with roadside assistance, Jose stopped and backed right up to help me! I truly cant thank him enough for not only helping me, but for being patient, professional, and genuinely nice. If this were to ever happen to me again, I would most definitely give him a call!

He answered on the first ring of the phone. Was at my vehicle in 15 minutes. Professionally hooked up and towed my Jeep to where I needed it. All for a fair price when I was stranded 60 miles from home. I will keep his card handy, just in case. He is a very nice and friendly gentleman. Would definitely recommend and give him my highest praise.

Very quick response but on his Facebook he advertises $60 and up towing service...I don’t know what a $60 tow would be, he charged me $125 to tow my truck less than 2 miles!! He was only 5 minutes away!! Word of advice, don’t let him see your house or other cars, seems he charges based how much you can afford to pay!! BEWARE!!!!

We were stuck at an intersection with our vehicle stopped today, Piyo towing was less then 2 miles away and were able to get to us right away since they didn’t have any other calls. . . He got to us and since our house was less then a mile from where we broke down, we got home quick. Here’s the problem, the whole trip for him, round trip was less then 5 miles, he complained about how slow it’s been, and once he got us to our house, he charged us about 2 times more then what we were expecting. We have had plenty of tows in the past and know that he way overcharged us, plain as day. He was a partner at the company ... So we were stuck with a huge tow bill and now we have to pay to fix our vehicle. We feel very taken advantage of. Everyone is going through hard times right now, he charged us based on what he saw at our house and our community. We needed him and he took advantage of that. Be ware because if knows your in a tight spot, or if he suspects you have money in your pocket, expect to pay at least double of what another service would charge you.

Was given a 3-4 hour wait from other companys. Piyo quoted me 20 minutes and arrived ahead of schedule.(almost 5 min early). Towing price was good and driver is sweet on the eyes.

The tow the ride everything went ok until the bill when I called they told $75 flat. The when it was time to pay the piper it came out more than what the person on the phone said. Plus its a fighting battle between the 2 men when sending drivers to destination points with no clue on how much to charge.

Love these guys took care of me when my car broke down on the highway. I honestly called around and when no one wanted to help me or come get me. He did and took him 25 minutes to get there. Driver was very respectful and got my car off the road.

I am not a customer of Piyos towing nor will I ever be. However, I was cut off by the tow truck several times on my way to work this morning. I am not sure how many trucks they have but this one was driving erratically, cutting folks off, never once used a blinker and was a general danger on the road. Not only was I nervous to just share the road with this person but would NEVER trust this person to tow my vehicle for any reason whatsoever! I wish there was an option for no or negative star rating.
