Jim gave me a ballpark estimate for evaluating the problem and possible repair costs for my 13 year old plasma tv. He told me that he honestly did not feel it was worth the cost as compared to purchasing a new TV. While he could have given me false hope and made money off me, he was truthful. I wont get this TV fixed, but if I need a TV repaired in the future I will call him.Highly ethical, highly recommended.

He was so kind and worked with me. He answered all my questions. He gave me options to choose from. He tried to keep it inexpensive. I understand some part cost more. He was fast and I trusted him with my 64in tvs. I didnt feel used after paying my tv to be fixed. I had it for couple of weeks and its working like brand new!!! He tells you what he works on. At the price of flat screens now. I think Im better off getting a new one.

Did very good work on my RCA TV been working fine now today I am taking a Samsung TV that doesnt turn on hopefully he can get it fixed for me soon
