Excellent realtor. Tim is an extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable about the San Antonio real estate market. He is very generous with his time, does not complain, and takes lots of his time to answer all a clients questions and is very prompt (sometimes within seconds) with response times. I honestly thought he worked too hard for us while we listed and searched for a home with him. Highly recommended.

Tim has sold two houses for us and his service was excellent! He sold one of the houses the night before it went on the MLS at full price with no concessions. Couldnt ask for more and hes hell of a nice guy to boot.
