Dishwasher not repaired. Still malfunctioning - Business will not respond. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau – no response with them either. This company legitimately does not want to respond or make the situation right after spending about $500 to repair a barely two year old LG dishwasher. Not only that but the top rack of the dishwasher won’t stay out when loading. Also, if you want completely disrespectful and misogynistic employees showing up at your house and removing their masks and then getting belligerent with YOU about it - then is the company for you! I cannot strongly enough not recommend this company.

Tech said freezer was working while ice was melting. He did nothing. Didnt diagnose or take temperature.
