Pretty worthless. For three days they have had my package, and I get a message the package is with the delivery person by 7:30 a.m. and expect it by the end of the day. But everyday I get a new message saying that they missed me at my home, which is B.S. since I cant leave my home, and I gave them permission to leave the package without a signature. Horrible people working for DHL in San Antonio. I hate them so much. I had to have a third party go the 13 miles to their site to pick up the package. DHL San Antonio should be closed down for dishonest workers and taking advantage of disabled people on fixed incomes.

If you have the shipping options for another company USE THE OTHER COMPANY. I thought UPS was bad but DHL is worse. They offer shipping options that they cant follow through on and we lose money. If I could give them a negative in star ratings I would !! This company is terrible

I would never recommend anyone to work here.... You never know when your going to start work you just have to wait for them to tell that day when to come in.... Also expect to take a drug test 1 and a half months later after you already have been working..... Then when they fire you they steal your money by putting your pay at minimum wage.... Bottom line they expect you to go above and beyond but they wont lift a finger to help you just steal money out of your pocket

This is the worst service I had ever used. Even paid extra for the express shipping from England. Package was scheduled to arrive on a Friday. My tracker # says it arrived at their facility in San Antonio at noon on Thursday so I try to call and just pick it up myself. Well they didn’t let me and said I had to wait till it got delivered. Tracker says the driver had it in his truck at 10 am and I’m just waiting because I have to sign for it. The whole day is wasted and the tracker says that they are sorry they didn’t get to me and I now have to wait till Monday!??? Never again

Never having this service again. Ordered something that was suppose to come today spoke to the driver and apparently they used their own route got lost and apparently couldnt get into my complex but the gate is always open. Not willing to come back and delaying my order till Monday very frustrated 😤

Don’t have anything shipped by DHL received a phone call yesterday that my items were lost in transit and received a empty packaged box today with a crumpled up shipping receipt and that DHL repackaged the box. Appears to me that my package was tampered with by DHL and my items were stolen! Disgusting !

I would give DHL 0 stars but this 5 star rating is only for your employee (ISHMAEL CHAGOLA). Ishmael Chagolla one of DHL employees is a phenomenal person. Since I moved to San Antonio texas, I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences.?packages getting stolen, dhl not asking for signature and them signing my packages without my permission but when he was put on my route everything changed. Ishmael was a breath of fresh air, not only is he fast, he will wait to make sure I m available to sign for my packages. Then personality wise, this man is so friendly and always has a pleasant smile waiting for me at the door. He’s probably the oldest at your station but he’s more efficient than 10 of your employees put together. That man deserves a raise.

Worse customer service I have ever received. Went to store to send a package. Personnel wasn’t not helpful and didn’t know what they were doing. We sent a package to friends in Bolivia which cost $170 and then found out company was charging friends in Bolivia another $70 to pick up. Because of the pandemic our friends in Bolivia were in lockdown, unable to pick package up. DHL sent us an email saying that since it was not picked up, package would be destroyed. When we explained the situation they would not help us or refund our money. I will NEVER use there service again. I would rather pay a little extra and use FedEx

Management is horrendous! So delivery drivers are supposed to be essential workers yet this company never worried about their safety. They run drivers with minimal sleep and never offered hazard pay during this pandemic. 6 possible delivery drivers where thought to have had covid but only 2 where confirmed. I can bet there was no intention of alerting customers. Furthermore their way of scheduling of routes and pick ups interfere with the times that deliveries are due. 1 lunch hour is pulled from them wether or not they get to eat in their 14hr shift. Scott the owner is well aware of all the problems and refuses to fix them or better the communication with out backlash from the supervisors. Dispatch is awesome.

People pay for dhl because it was supposed to be tree, but no it Dhl here in San Antonio Texas is the worst. They drop off packages without ringing the bell or requesting for signature. I had a package stolen because if this. Never using them again.

My package says it was signed for by bruce willis, are you serious! They cant tell if my package was delivered to an apartment complex or a home... It was certainly not delivered to me. If no stars was possible thats exactly what DHL would get. Wont be purchasing from any company again that uses their services.

Trash customer service, theyll hang up on you and wont give you better information than ON HOLD, ETC. With DHL, better to pick up the package YOURSELF - drivers wont bother delivering, even with gate codes having been provided.

Delivery driver is caught on my surveillance camera getting out of van, not leaving packages, leaving and then marking them as delivered. Thousands of dollars of goods stolen by DHL.

I know the area I live in is still new but didn’t make effort to even find my house, driver said my house address was invalid, so I changed it to where I picked up package and for them to say it takes 24hrs. Tf kinda service is this. Ridiculous, if fedex & ups can find it, so can they.

We have been waiting over 2 weeks for our package and they send it to the wrong house. 🙄 DHL tells us they have an open ticket to look for the package. They told us that we should contact the original company about this ordeal for a claim ! Its not there fault that ignorance has happened to the DHL Company for delivering the package to the wrong house! Its DHL FAULT and should take responsibility for there failure to deliver intended package!

WORST delivery company ever used! At least the San Antonio office is. I have been home and not left my house for the last two days. Tuesday night at 7:30 when husband came home nothing was at door or on door. Wednesday at 5:30 I answer the door for FED Ex and find two door tags hanging on door one stating tried to deliver Tuesday and one saying final attempt Wednesday. No one ever knocked or rang door bell. (My dog does not miss either of those). I signed tag allowing it to be left at my door and followed DHL steps to arrange delivery again. System tells me the soonest it can be delivered is following day. I signed on line as well stating it can be left at door. The following day nothing arrives and tag still hanging with my approval. I log on the the website to track package. It was never sent out for redelivery. Once package arrived in SA the only information is tried to deliver Wednesday. No other information entered. Called the customer service to find out where package is. Was told still at SA office and no attempts made to redeliver. Customer Service sees where I have made other arrangements. They offer to try to redeliver 4 days from now. That will not work at I am now already 4 days late on getting the package. I said I will pick up. I am so upset I log on to my outside camera to see what has taken place. It shows that at no point did anyone attempt to knock or ring doorbell. I am not sure why that would be a hard thing to do. You would think it would create a lot less work for driver to drop off package vs. having to redo all over again. DHL you really need to get better help to manage and train in San Antonio. The one star was only entered as that is the only way to leave a review. I just hope I will have better luck picking up the package when they open at 9:30.

Cant speak for other experiences. But they texted me to ensure a signer would be present or if it was ok to leave it. Was pleasantly surprised to know I could text them back and get a real human to interact with. Was able to coordinate the drop off a little bit and add some special instructions and requests. Before people rip them, try contacting them if you know your package information. I didnt even know the package was coming in on DHL until they checked in with me.

Was expecting to receive a package on monday, they tried to deliver and i was not home so i changed my option for delivery but was surprised to see that i was not able to select the option to deliver to my leasing office in my apartment where all other couriers deliver packages .. so i rescheduled for delivery on my day off . Let it be known the first time the package was delivered it was at 8:15pm so i figured when they redelivered i would have some time they tried again on wednesday at 1:15 pm i was not home . They did not give me the option to have it taken to to the office because apparently this package needs a signature .. but the other package i got from them didn’t need a signature and it was from the same store ... so now i’m almost 4 days late on getting this package and i have to drive to pick it up at a drop off location ... and i PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING AND DELIVERY!!! I’m very disappointed, called customer service and she was nice but not very helpful . Overall I have not been pleased with DHL. (also if i had a way to track it to know exactly what time the package would be arriving [like Amazon does] i know this problem would not be happening but the tracking is not the best)

Was actually disappointed! My daughter sent me a blood pressure prescription to my address in Mexico. FUL failed to tell her she needed a special Mexican health document along with the shipment, even though the pharmacy prescription was included. Shipment was held by Mexican Customs, (jerks), and eventually returned to origin. Upon my return to the US, I checked with this DHL location, where the lady was quite attentive, and courteous, and was told the shipment had been destroyed upon return, (with no notification), to sender.

Nothing but chronic problems with DHL & delivery driver. After 20 or so deliveries received, most well outside delivery time stated and date, still unable to deliver on time or at all! Going back to FedEx Intl as most deliveries are timely from vendors that use them to ship.

If I could possibly give this company a 0 I would. Customer service is awful. Drivers make no attempt at delivery. I had to drive 75 miles to pick up my package because the driver could not find my house. FYI.. you can google my address...Fed X and UPS has never had a problem with delivery. RIDICULOUS!!!!

I am currently waiting for three different orders placed with vendors who all use DHL - two of which shipped at least one week ago. They are the slowest - their tracking is the worst - and I will be emailing all three vendors to let them know that their choice of shipping companies is the reason I will no longer order with them. So disappointing.

Waited ALL day for a package to be delivered between 11-6. Person delivering package shows up at 7:48, does NOT ring bell. Claims we arent home and leaves without delivering our package. Understand that delivery was running late because its Christmas but not even banging on the door or ringing the bell is UNACCEPTABLE. Now, I have to wait again tomorrow for my package or sign a card to have it left on my doorstep which is not wise anymore. NOT a satisfied customer!

Stupid driver indicated online I wasn’t home when I was there all day not once but two days in a row. I guess they don’t want to get past the security gate at my apartment complex.All they have to do is press zero and the office will buz them in. Funny how UPS and FedEx have no problem getting in and out.Even LSO gets in ...I had to go to the customer service center at the airport to get my frikkin’ package

They attempted a delivery at 7:30 pm on Thursday before Father’s Day on Sunday, the office to my apartments are closed at that time, now I apparently can’t even pick up my husband’s Father’s Day gift until Monday AFTER Father’s Day!!! Why can’t it be picked up the next day (Friday)??? I’m really upset about this!!

Took off work waiting for a package to arrive. At 5:48pm got a text saying delivery attempted, no one home. Our property is under surveillance and we HAVE been home all day, no one has stepped foot on our property! I call in and they tell me the driver left a note on the door. I don’t know who’s door he left it on but it wasn’t ours! 😡 will never use DHL again!
