I love coming here! I’ve been here a couple of times to fix broken bracelets and necklaces. This last time I took a bracelet that I had from when I was 3 years old and they made it look brand new! They resized it, fixed it, and managed to keep the same look which meant the world to me because of the sentimental value. I will definitely keep coming here. I totally recommend this jeweler! 🙏🏼❤️

The owner is very polite. For the very small size, it should enforce customer size entering. They dont do that. I got a small new pin for my wrist watch. Thats a steep price to pay for one small pin.

I am so thankful for the speedy work done on a very sentimental piece of jewelry. Not only did the repair go smoothly but he was kind enough to even out the length on my chain to balance my necklace. Would say hes the best watch guy in town. Excellent service. I brought in my watch after an accident where the watch was no longer working and the crystal was cracked. I got quotes from multiple jewelers, both in town and out of state- all overpriced except this one. I ended up at west avenue and I dont regret it one bit. My watch looks like when I first bought it!

They changed my watch battery on the spot in seconds, and they did such a beautiful job of replacing a stone in my favorite necklace. The necklace was returned to me cleaned and restored, in much better condition than when I dropped it off--it looks beautiful.

Daniel seems nice, but unfortunately isnt a man of his word. Checked my grandfather clock, then it stopped working; I called back several times. Hed promise to come, but wouldnt show, then couldnt reach him by phone, so I stopped by the business, promised again to come out. Never did. Giving up.

This place is amazing. Quick and friendly service. Called about 10 different jewelry shops for quotes on a busted watch that needed a screen replacement, as well as a battery change. Other places quoted me between $35-75 just for the screen replacement. Here at West Avenue, James was able to not only replace the screen for cheaper than what the other places offered, but he also installed a battery free of charge! Could not recommend this place enough - I will definitely be coming back in the future and telling all my friends about it. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Went in to get my watch readjusted to fit me, was told there were rusts in the links and would require more time and work. He was very clear and upfront about what needs to be done and had pictures of all the work and cleaning he did. Watch looks brand new now and price was very reasonable. Will be back for sure.

The guy promised me my watch on a certain day, when I called about the watch he kept sending me to Voicemail. I had to go to NC and I left the watch but then he never returned my calls. I sent a friend to the shop and then he calls and says he will overnight the watch to NC. 5 days later Im still waiting on the watch and hes not answering. He sucks please avoid the headache and find another jewelry repair.
