Came here for a ring for myself about 3 years ago. They have a huge selection, but I have small fingers for a guy. They referred me to a kiosk on the ground floor where I ended up paying $40 for a basic sterling silver ring. Ill be visiting again soon, knowledgeable guys running the shop, very friendly.

Beware of this place if you want to get your jewelry cleaned go to Daniels or any other PROFESSIONAL store and they will do it for free with the same cleaning equipment. My husband was scammed $60 just to clean his chains and when I confronted the guy he wouldnt give me the money back even though the chains werent cleaned!!! They are rude and untrustworthy Im so disappointed in how we were treated.

I have bought heavy chains and Custom rings from SAADs. They really are great. Its not a back alley business. They give you Receipt and the banks are real banks. My advice to people is if you buy any jewelry from stores or pawnshops . Take them to get check. It will coast you 30.00 but you will sleep better at night. Do not wait years later to say something.

Went in to get my wedding band engraved. They made a mistake and ruined the engraving, so the manager Mike tried to down play the mistake telling me it was very small, but when I looked at the ring the whole engraving was unreadable. So Mike offered to replace the ring with the exact same. I had to come in 3 times in 5 weeks for him to assure me the last time would be the correct ring. It was not! Finally I just asked for refund just so I could be done with this establishment. There was no apologies made from Mike for the mistake or for wasting my time. Now I have a ruined ring.

Its sad that you go to a place and ask them to change the batterys on your watch. I took my Ferrari watch to change two batteries on it as my watch has three batteries on it. When I get there I tell the guy to change out only the two batteries that have failed. The guy recommended to change three cuz it would be best. I said no but then I decided to go ahead and change all 3 of them as the guy suggested. My watch has three different clocks one of them is digital. Well when I picked up the watch 20 minutes after I dropped it off. The guy only replace two of the batteries and still charged me for 3 how do I know he didnt replace the 3rd battery is because the digital clock was still set with the time zone from el paso tx. The moment you put in a new battery on a watch like this you have to reset the time on it. Its not about the money its about the principle. So ladies and gentlemen stay away from this place. These guys will scam you.

Ripped off. I went to fix my sons jewelry and they ended up scrapping offf the diamond cut in his bracelet and on his necklace they broke the lock and then wanted to charge me more to fix it. I called the same day about the bracelet since my husband didnt checked it and they told me they would fix it however I went in the next day and they said they didnt tell me that, they ended up staying wt it because they were going to fix it and next thing i know is that they just turned it around were there was still diamond cut in the inside and they told my husband thats what I asked for. Never again spending a dime in this place. To add on the lines should be recorded when someone calls that way you have proof of what you tell to cx. No customer service skills what so ever very disrespectful. The guy in the front actually confirmed that the jeweler had to clean the bracelet because when he fixed it didnt had the same color on the one part he fixed so he had to do that( which I didnt ask for) and he messed up the bracelet. All they have to know is that they will hear from me again.

Dissatisfied with the service doesnt even begin to describe it! Ive never been so disrespected and insulted by a salesman. My fiance, my two young sons, and I went into the store on Memorial Day. We were browsing for a wedding ring for my fiance, and it was the first stop in our search. The manager who was showing us the selection was unbelievably rude! When I asked him if he had any matching sets, he said, Well, I dont know why youd want to see those. No one does matching sets anymore. He showed us a ring for my fiance that we liked, and as he was filling out the order form, he kept pressuring me to pick out a ring for myself. I said that I wasnt sure what I wanted, and, in front of my children, he said, Well it wasnt that hard for you to make the kids, now was it? I was shocked, to say the least. To make such an assumption, not to mention be so vulgar as to actually verbalize it in front of my children was absolutely infuriating. Yes, people often assume that my fiance is their father, but the children are from my first marriage. Working in customer service, I can tell you that it is inappropriate and unacceptable to make comments about a customers personal life or circumstances. I only wish we hadnt already completed the transaction with the first ring when he said it so that we could have given our business to someone who actually deserved it. We will NEVER go back here and NEVER recommend it to anyone.
