We had our house remodeled so we had to suspend our normal housekeeping services for a few months. I was told since it had been a months we would have to have a deep clean and would be charged by the hour. It was not a deep clean….but a normal monthly housekeeping service….and that was ok, took less than 2 hours, which is normal. I have been with these folks for about 16 years….very happy with their company and the staff who comes out to clean our home. Thanks.

Myra and her coworker did a very good job. It was apparent they paid attention to detail.They had never been before.The only thing I would have changed, since they had not ever been, is that they would have introduced themselves upon arrival. I asked their names after they had been there a bit.Overall, as usual it was a great experience!

Terrible service. Gary, one of the franchise owners came out and did an assessment and described the cleaning service to be detailed after construction inside the home. The cleaning crew barely wiped anything down, barely clean the counters and shelves, barely cleaned the floors and windows. Did not wipe any windows down at all. I swept the day before and it didn’t look like they did anything the day they clean to my floors. I called and complained to Patty. She’s sent another girl out. That girl asked my husband what he saw needed to be done instead of inspecting herself and he explain what was missed and she only took care of that and then explained that they are only limited to doing certain things. No deep cleaning and their green products don’t clean very well. No standing on step stools or reaching anywhere above the 5 ft nothing women that were here. The service was described as “detailing” the home but was far from expected. Not even a discount was given even after complaining and having a second person come out. This place sucks. Don’t waste $80 an hour on a light cleaning that you can do your self!! So frustrating!!

I’ve moved homes 2 to 3 times as I’ve continuously been satisfied with them because of their responsiveness to my needs and requests. They are high quality and very professional and most of all - trustworthy - always forthcoming, forthright, honest and full of integrity . I’ve tried other services in the northwest San Antonio area and no one measures up to TCA. Very grateful for them!

The first time Karla and Melissa came to clean our home-we were just blown away! They are both so sweet and clean our home with such attention to detail and care. We have a very full household (6 adults, 1 baby, and a very cute but annoying dog!) and as you can imagine, it is not easy to keep the house clean. Regardless of the crew that arrives - and it’s sometimes the same, sometimes different, they all follow the same protocol and all do a great job. Every other Wednesday is my favorite day of the week. The only complaint, and slight is I never know when they will arrive. But working from home - not a huge issue.

Worst customer service (Review is based on customer service but not on cleaning service) - I booked for room cleaning for one time and in the website they mentioned it’s 40$/hour and now they called me and saying 80$/hour as it’s one time instead of recurring cleaning. You should have mentioned that in the website that before. nobody would choose 80 dollar per hour for house cleaning as there are so many cheaper and better options outside.Please change your website details (Please mention 80$ for one time service)I decided to pay 80$/hour and this morning (on day of cleaning) your associate said that they don’t have any one available to send to my house, I booked on Saturday and at least yesterday(Monday) you might have let me know about unavailability then i might have looked for other options as today is last day to vacate my house, You screwed up all my plans.Sorry i am disappointed.I am giving this rating based on your customer service but not for your cleaning service as i see lot of good reviews for your cleaning service
