I scheduled a meeting with this company last Tuesday, March 27th. They called Tuesday to reschedule which was fine. We rescheduled for Thursday, because my Wednesday was full. The guy shows up on Wednesday afternoon saying he had an appointment, when I let him know that the appt was actually for Thursday, he basically called me a liar and said no, I had you down for today. I told him wed go ahead and do the walk through so he wouldnt have to come back, even though I was in the middle of a meeting. He overall demeanor was a little off putting and he seemed to be in a hurry the whole time he was here. He did a very quick walk through and said I may have his proposal by Thursday but definitely Friday at the latest. That was the last Ive heard from this company. There was no follow up and I never received any kind of proposal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and weve decided to move forward with a different company who in my opinion behaved more professionally from the beginning.

Words can hardly express how grateful I am to have met all of you.I moved into my new home in Escapade Apartments on October 18th, 2017, and moved out again on October 19th, thanks to Lion Pride! I had originally hired the company to clean my apartment because it was filthy and disgusting. Rickey was wonderfully accommodating, visiting me on the 18th for an estimate and adding an appointment with me to his already crowded schedule for the 19th.Unfortunately, on my first night in the new apartment, I experienced breathing difficulties and had to stay overnight in a hotel. When Rickey and Jason arrived for our appointment, I made them aware of my breathing issues and allergies and asked them to help me change the air filter. Rickey took one look at my air conditioning unit, however, and immediately pointed out black mold, advising me to call Escapade’s manager immediately.When Ivan, the manager, arrived, he glanced at the mold and told me unequivocally that he would not track its history because the air conditioning unit had been installed in 1979, years before his association with the complex had begun. I replied that my name must be removed from the lease because I could not contend with the dangers of black mold. Rather than comply, though, Ivan became unimaginably confrontational and rude. Despairing over what seemed to be the hopelessness of the situation, I could not imagine what to do next.Rickey, calmly informing the manager that such disrespect and hostility would not be tolerated, requested the supervisor’s telephone number, but his request was denied. In fact, Ivan suggested that we Google the information. Nevertheless, Rickey and Jason assured me that they would persuade the manager to remove my name from the lease and would in fact help me locate a more satisfactory place to live.Rickey and Jason then drove me around town in search of a new apartment, which we eventually found in Alcove Alamo Heights. Together, they inspected the apartment, asked the pertinent questions, ensured that the area was safe, and convinced Alcove’s manager to allow me to move in immediately. While I was signing for my apartment, Rickey located a nearby U-Haul rental shop where I would be able to rent a truck. Then after I rented the truck, he and Jason drove with me to the mold-infested Escapade apartment and instructed me to relax while they packed and loaded the truck. Amazingly, they then moved me into my new apartment!These two men worked non-stop until I was completely settled in my new home, even hanging the heavy mirrors and wall decorations for me. Furthermore, they cleaned all of my furniture because they wanted me to be able to get some rest and avoid becoming sick. On a long, exhausting, difficult day, they advocated for me, located an ideal apartment for me, and did the heavy work of settling me into a new home. I cannot thank them enough.Anyone in need of a cleaning crew should absolutely hire Rickey and Jason of Lion Pride. They faithfully honor their company and their customers through their splendid cleaning skills and their devotion to service.
