Would not recommend Maid Pro for cleaning services. Service provider did not full fill cleaning services correctly & took over 5 1/2 hrs cleaning. Leaving dirt & grime on bathroom floors, around toilets & dust was not cleaned off light fixers in bathroom. Ceiling fans were not cleaned nor were my floors swept. My 14yr old does a hell of a job cleaning than these pros. When I contacted them about services they choose not to fix problem until next schedule cleaning services & still charged me for the cleaning services that were not complete. The firm of communication is text messaging. The dont return messages until days later or not at all Leaving no form of communication. Save your money & ask questions about how experienced the Pro coming out is!!Photos were taken after pro finished services!

My first experience was not great. After submitting feedback, the owner called me immediately asking to correct issues I had. I gave the company a second chance. Very glad I did. I more more than impressed with the service since. The business cares. That goes a long way with me

I started using MaidPro 3 weeks ago for a recurring weekly cleaning. Life is extremely busy, so its nice to have the help so that I can spend more time enjoying the family on the weekends. Patricia cleaned my house yesterday, and she did such a thorough job. I appreciate her attention to detail. And, communication on upcoming cleaning times and some specific questions, has been amazing! Overall, its been a great experience!

My dad referred MaidPro to me after he started using them and was so happy. My wife and I have pretty high standards when it comes to cleaning our house and have struggled to find a company that would do at least as good of a job as we felt we did ourselves so I was hesitant to try another company.
