I shouldve checked reviews before i sign up with them. DO NOT GET ANY SERVICES FROM THEM. They gunna rip your POCKET off!!!No knowledge and awful client service to check and follow up. Always lose record of progress. Their goal is to take your money and then look for someone else to take their money.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Shocker to see nothing but horrible reviews from these people. I too had a horrible experience. Paid $300 bucks for training I never even received. On the 5th day of no call back from my trainer I caught on to their shadiness and I called to cancel. I was outside of the 3 day window but I told them this is their fault and I needed a refund ASAP. She got it approved from corporate. I never received any money back. Called corporate and they said they’d get the refund done ASAP. Still never got a refund

Not worth the money I spent. Their cancellation policy is archaic. you cannot cancel by phone nor email. You have to send a letter to a PO BOX, otherwise they will keep charging you .

These people are horrible. It is a absolute nightmare to cancel with them. I only wanted a 6 months worth of training just to learn a few new things. Now I am unable to cancel. Because if you dont they want to automatically renew.

**name and address of owner included***piece of s*** company. i was out for medical leave due to an injury. i was not charged for 2 months and then charged $440 per month for another 8 months and even put auto renew after my year was up without my knowledge. who would pay for 10 months at $440 and never show up, call them, hell no just steal their money? they told me i could use what i pay for only if i paid them another $150 a month in order to be a member to use the service. when i told them i was going to write a bad review they didnt care. now that i am on here i see they dont care and are notorious for ripping people off. karma is a b@@@@@ and they will go out of business soon treating people like this***update***update***updatewell after i thought this co might have a shread of decency, they do not! i had the area mgr, david i believe contact me and tell me he agreed after explaining the story however he had to get corporate to agree. well i guess that didnt happen since he never called back, by accident deleted his text and now a collection agency is calling me, how do you have a collection agency call me when you still have the money??? i have a 742 credit score but i can assure i will not pay this scam and take the hit. for all of you with similar issues, i will fight and help you fight. i am going to start by writing the owner his name is ****marc evan gralnick 813 ne 72nd st miami, fl 33138**** he is married to esther lozano. if he doesnt respond ill provide his phone number, maybe post his brothers justin sherwood gralnicks address and phone number to see if he can help us that have been scammed reach his brother or maybe his wife esther will give him some better guidance. i will update all of the places i left bad reviews to get the word out, and if the addresses or phone numbers change i will update them as well.

Wost company!I paid $416 to start & icould not even get a trainer scheduled. They will waste your time. They will not let you get out of contract unless you pay 50% of the amount even if you have not started training. When you call corporate they will shut doors on you and have you on hold for over 1hr.$416.00 given away for no training since they dont have good staff!

They are the worse. They will take money from people. They will talk about your credit score. These people will harass you by calling everyday. This company is not professional. After we settled, they refuse to give us me a confirmation until they got tired of me calling. They never send my confirmation through the mail.

Stay away from this company. They’re all a fraud and the trainers and managers will quit on you. They will charge you for sessions you don’t even attend and will claim you owe them money as if you filed for a loan through them and claim your credit score will be affected if you don’t pay. I went to the UBF on Bandera, inside of TruFit gym. Never again will I do business with this company or anything like it. They will steal your money. They charge a cancellation fee, that doesn’t benefit me at all it benefits them gaining money for free. STAY AWAY. I last had contact with this company (Oct/Nov2018) regarding cancellations and a refund for services I never received. Yesterday (02/11/19) they decided to call me again demanding I pay money or my credit will be affected. It’s income tax season and now they decide to be in contact not slick at all, this business is money hungry. If I were in credit trouble I’d be receiving letters from them. I’m just glad I’m not the only victim and others are going through this too, because this sucks. I’d like for my money back but that’s not how their fraudulent policy is

DO NOT ENTER INTO A PERSONAL TRAINER AGREEMENT! They do not have the capacity to fulfill that agreement. I have gone through 2 trainers and am having a difficult time getting a 3rd. The agreement has been thrown out the window and they owe me sessions. I am still paying because I care about my credit score…but as of now they are just stealing from me. I cannot sue because the agreement states that I need a mediator. It’s an expensive nightmare!

This is a terrible and fraudulent company. I signed up on 2/5/2018 with a trainer by the name of Daniel Nowlin(located in Heroes gym in San Angelo). Daniel wasn’t forthcoming with the cost of the training, didn’t allow me to physically review my contract on that date, stating there wasn’t a reason for me to see the computer screen and I needed to do is sign electronically. Once I got back to the hotel (I don’t not live in San Angelo, was working there as a contractor) the contract was emailed to me, with a cost Danial never discussed with me. Once I received and reviewed my contract, 4 hours later(4 hours after signing the contract)I texted Daniel immediately and he said there wasn’t anything he could do. But, once I got the Gym involved, he stated that he would take care of it, by contacting the company. I then called the company the following day; 1st attempt someone answered and said they will call me back (never called me back); 2nd attempt someone answered and then hung-up in my face; 3rd attempt no answer. I have been chasing and trying to track this company. I’ve never, never, never received any services from these people. Also folks, if they have your account information, they will continue charging you. I was informed by my bank that there are many companies like this(gyms are notorious). What they do is, set up other fraudulent accounts so they can go back into your account to charge you. PLEASE, I BEG ALL OF YOU TO RUN, RUN, RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, TO SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. What I’ve experienced with this company is horrific and I’m still dealing with it now!

Do not EVER enter in to an agreement with this company. We went through several trainers (they fire their people constantly) before they didnt have anyone to train us. They stopped charging us. Several months later they begin charging us. Auto Renewal which was not in our contract. They said to send a letter - they did not mention anything about receiving by a certain time. Letter sent - they are still charging us.This company banks on you not keeping up with their charges and doing nothing about it.They are unprofessional, treat their trainers poorly and have terrible customer service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I signed up for training with UBF at a Fitness Connection they have a partnership with. I worked with multiple trainers. Heres a breakdown of the experience.1. NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE. One trainer had me stick almost exclusively to machines, another told me to switch from my proper, well-researched low-bar squat technique to an incredibly wide grip that destabilizes the upper body, and refused to let me stay with the grip I was comfortable with while working with him. I signed up with the hope of being taught proper technique that could help me through a lifetime of lifting, but they simply dont have the expertise to help with this.2. INATTENTIVE. A trainer would frequently talk on his cell-phone during training, talk with his friends as they pass by, randomly walk away while I was in the middle of sets, etc. If you feel like paying $1000 for a guy to tell you to do sets on a machine then walk away and leave you alone, this is a good program for you. Oh, and I was frequently double-booked with other clients. So I was basically paying full-price for 1/3 to 1/2 of his attention.3. UNSTRUCTURED. A good trainer will help you set goals and progress at a reasonable pace, and learn what works for you and what doesnt as you work together. The trainers at UBF provided no assistance with goal-management. One trainer had me do sets of sled-pushes and then sled-pulls across the gyms for 1 lap, with 45 pounds, which was a pretty good workout for me. The next session, he had me do 2 laps with 90 pounds. Yes. Doubling the weight and the distance between consecutive sessions. It completely gassed me immediately, so I was basically unable to workout effectively for the remaining 40 minutes of the session, and the entire day was basically a waste.4. POOR COMMUNICATION. A trainer mis-scheduled the first two sessions I had with him. The first time we scheduled for Monday 4:00pm. I show up and text him, he replies I dont have you booked til next week. Oh, well I wish you had told me that before I dragged myself to the gym. Then we said Same time Friday, and I show up Friday at 4:00pm, and hes not there, so I send him a text and get no response. Later I receive the email notifying me Ive been deducted a session, so I figure out he booked it for 5:00pm for some reason. And he never acknowledged or responded to the text I sent when I showed up at 4:00pm.Its just not worth it. If you have any trace of knowledge about exercise and any trace of self-motivation, you wont get much out of these people. Even if you dont have any knowledge about exercise, just google some programs on YouTube, like athleanx. Youll get better help that way, and for free.
