Weathershield Building Products installed gutters on our home several years ago. They did not place enough down spouts and with the increase in rain in 2014, we discovered the gutters overflowing onto the stucco walls, We called Weathershield and asked them to evaluate the cost of placing additional downspouts. Our home builder had placed decorative Styrofoam faux stucco coverings on the gutters. Weathershield took a look at the gutters, they immediately refused to repair the gutters that they had installed. Even though we coordinated the repair with our home builder to cut through the Styrofoam, weathershield refused to come out to correct the problem with the gutters. I have placed a half dozen phone calls to Weathershield and they no longer return my phone calls. Unless it is a big job, dont expect to get any follow up or support from this company.
