I hired Prime Seamless a little more than a year ago to install gutters all around my house. Their sales associate named Mike was very polite and helpful. On the day of the installation, they were on time, the installation went great and they left everything clean. Then, the problems started. A couple of months later when we finally got a strong rain, I noticed a lot of water dripping in one part of the gutters. I called the company right away and after sending someone to take a look, they told me I would have to pay $400 extra to get it fixed. Apparently, my house is older construction (1978), it has a flat tile roof without drip edge flashing. So, they would have to install the flashing and charge me for it. Why wasnt I notified that during installation? If they knew that it could be a future issue, they should have let me know before giving me the estimate and quoted me accordingly. After several back and forth emails they finally sent their repair team. The repair didnt work. I notified them two months ago that the gutters were still leaking... no response. I contacted them again two weeks ago and so far no answers. I do not recommend Prime Seamless, even though they have amazing reviews. You truly learn about a companys customer service when you run into issues.Attached are some photos of the gutters. Those are screenshots of a video I took. I will take better photos when it rains again.

They did a really good job installing our gutters, and their price was reasonable and good compared to others we got quotes from.The reason why I’m leaving this review at 2 stars is because they broke some glass string lights we had up in our back yard. They let you know weeks in advance if you need to prep your house. They asked us to trim a tree so I did.I would’ve gladly removed our string lights before the installation date had I been told it was necessary. Instead, they took them down (which I understand) but threw them in our overgrown backyard (like everyone’s yard with the unusual amount of rain we’ve gotten this summer) so when I went to pick them up, there were several broken.I cut myself picking them up, not too bad, but because they left them in the overgrown grass (there was a patch of dirt with no grass nearby that would’ve been better) it was hard to initially tell what was broken.Additionally, because they were thrown into overgrown grass and bulbs were broken, I may have several pieces of broken glass in my yard that hopefully my dog doesn’t consume. I tried my best to pick it all up, but again, it’s hard to know.They did a good job with the installation and I appreciate that part of their services but I just wish they had treated our string lights with more care. Not a lot of care, I get it that it’s not their job, but when you throw something that’s glass it makes sense it might break. They could’ve told us, or if they wanted to go the extra mile, laid them down in the grass free, more visible patch of lawn that was next to where they threw them.5/5 on installation, 2/5 on other details. If you’re having them install gutters make sure to remove anything that could conceivable be in their way

I used Prime Seamless to Install a new roof on a custom home that I am building. They are professional contractor that I would use again in a heartbeat. The installation team worked well together and completed the job on time. They were very courteoues and kept the job site clean. The company was able to secure the needed materials during a time of notable supply shortages.

We recently extended a 20 ft patio roof and I needed a gutter installed. I called several highly rated companies in the area to get bids. All but Prime went on and on about how challenging it was, and then gave me bids that were ridiculously expensive. Prime came out, looked it over, said this is easy, and gave me an estimate that was half the others. The guys came and did the job yesterday (on time) and they were fast, clean and professional. I highly recommend Prime!

They installed the gutters, and less then a year later wanted them to move the bottom of the downspout due to the sprinkler being in the way. I added some splashguards since it it stated to cause erosion, (see pictures). They company stated that it would cost me almost $300.00 for them to add 6 inches to the downspout. They were not very helpful.

Excellent Customer Service and Quality Work at a Great Price!

Prime Seamless Gutters did a great job repairing the shingles on our roof. Some shingles blew off our roof from a bad wind storm on 4/12. I talked to the owner, Andrew, on Sunday and they came out first thing Monday morning. The work was completed quickly and the tech was very professional. I highly recommend them.

Prime Seamless was very professional from sales (Billy Craft ) to the installers to the Administrator (Victoria Cuvellier). The price was very reasonable and competitive and I asked for and received a veterans/military discount (10% off). The install was done today 12/15/20 and the gutters look great. The install was flawless. Color and finish was spot on as expected They also handled a somewhat last minute downspout location change with ease. The installers were very professional and courteous (yes sir, yes maam type of fellas, which is much preferred over other attitudes some service providers have). I would use them again and have already recommended them to others in the market for gutters. Icing on the cake is there is a 10 year warranty on the gutters. That tells me the product is legit.

We contacted Prime Seamless after getting several quotes from other local roofing companies after a wind storm. We were set to go with a competitor but something in the quote seemed off and we wanted one last estimate. The explanation we were given into every material decision was amazing, and it quickly put us at ease. To make things even better the quote was less then the competitor for superior work and materials. The work was started on time and the work was done promptly. Needed new gutters for new construction home. Gathered around 10 proposals ranging in prices and researched each company. Prime Seamless Gutters was not the cheapest, very close though. However, in my opinion offered the best value. Long story short I have been extremely happy with the entire experience so far. The installation process was fast and professional and any follow up that has been needed has been the same. Shout out to Mike, Victoria and Robert for the great customer service. Robert even went above and beyond and found some issues that my home builder needed to take care of and made me aware of it - they do roofing as well.

Prime Seamless installed our gutters and we are very satisfied with the quality, price point, and workmanship. From the start, my interactions with Andrew (owner) were straightforward and any questions I asked, he answered them. I had checked in with 4 other gutter estimators from companies in the area and Prime Seamless rose to the top because of their honesty, flexibility, and business-sense. They genuinely care about doing right by the customer - constructing a gutter system that meets your needs, while also creating a collaborative space for the customer to share their feedback on the plan. This process ensures customer satisfaction. The installers (Ariel and Eric) were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. Absolutely no mess left behind. The final product was seamless - I chose the 6” gutters with 3x4 downspouts and don’t regret it. There was a minor area in one of the strip miters that needed to be re-sealed after the install, but Andrew had their warranty coordinator (Robert) come take care of it by the following business day. Overall, the gutters were well worth it given all this heavy Texas rain we’ve been experiencing. I just reviewed a letter from management. I am still in shock with how they decided to craft a letter to instill fear into a customer with threats of jail time and fines. The customer asked for a quote without providing insurance information. This company intentionally bullied this customer and everyone should know. Do not use them!Customers do not need to provide insurance information. The price of a roof should be the same if the customer was paying cash, taking out a loan or filing a claim with insurance.Quit your bullying!In response to you:Your response has no merit. The customer wanted to receive a quote because the price should be the price, regardless of what the insurance is willing to pay out. Your message has been forwarded to the Insurance adjuster and he has decided to submit a complaint to the BBB because of your actions. IF you did not not intend to bully, i would recommend that you adjust your opening TOPIC sentence, since you decided to open it up with YOU will spend 180 days in jail and receive up to a 2000 fine, and then ending your letter that YOU will find yourself in HOT WATER.To be respectfully to your customers, you can politely inform customers of the law, which we know does exist, and not try to bully people into thinking they are breaking the law. NONE of what you stated in your letter occurred and was not the reason for you losing our business. Furthermore, the insurance adjusted stated that PRIME SEAMLESS GUTTERS & ROOFING, LLC is actually acting out of line because you cannot act as the contractor and act on behalf of the customer.ENJOYING FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS- FREEDOM OF SPEECH - PROTECTING PEOPLE FROM BEING BULLIED INTO BAD BUSINESS DEALS BY LETTING FUTURE CUSTOMERS SEE.. Every time ive contacted the reps from Prime Seamless Gutters I get nothing short of the best customer service. When they come out to a jobsite for either myself or a client, they are on time, professional and explain the job to my clients in a positive way that they will understand what kind of work is needed.

I have NO experience with this company, I’m just looking for gutters, so as many others do now, I have learned it really does help to do your little research, does not take much education to do so. But i know for a fact that businesses Do wave the deductible, so they say . . . I think most of the time it’s secretly included in your bill, in one way or another. And on the, insurance price matter, both you are right . . . the price is supposed to be the price . . but it’s sad that the other fella is right too, to the businesses IT DOES matter what insurance one has. That’s the first question the customer is asked. Sorry if I upse anyone, I have experienced it many times, and that’s my opinion. GOD BLESS

Had gutters installed several months ago and while the people were very nice I have some issues with installation. The first was miscommunication as to where I thought one of the gutters was to be placed. They agreed to move, but I would have to pay for new material. I decided against mainly because I didnt want to see holes in my house. It annoys me every time I see the gutter. The other issue is the placement of some of the other gutters. I should have watched where they were placing. I have several of them so close to my sprinkler heads ( which you can clearly see) that when the water is on it interferes with the spray. Also, the spouts are so close to the ground, in order for me to put in rain guards I had to dig up some of the ground and shove them underneath. Again wish I had paid more attention when then were being installed.

Prime Seamless installed gutters on our home and they did a great job for a very fair price. Customer service is excellent and they are responsive to follow-up service requests if needed. They stand behind their products and workmanship, which says a lot about the company.

Fantastic gutters. I did a new install (no prior gutters). They did everything right: great pricing; fast estimate work; provided color options up-front; I was able to change parts (upgraded downspouts) with a quick phone call; and they did the work fast (just a few hours) and flawlessly. It rained constantly for a week after the install and no issues at all! The larger downspouts have no problems with tons of leaves from my oak trees too. Highly recommended.

I had my gutters installed back in July 2011 - I have only had a few minor issues - some of the seams needed to be re-caulked - and each time, the guys came out, got the job done and there was NO CHARGE! This company stands behind its work 100%!! I love my gutters and I am so happy I chose this company - they truly are THE BEST!! Only 3 calls in 6 years in a darn good record!! I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance with Prime for gutter estimate. I did it this way since I was driving from out of town to meet them at an investment property I own. Our time came and I gave them a call to make sure they were still coming. Someone said theyd contact the tech and call me right back. Waited another 30 minutes and I called them back. Was told appointments had been pushed back due to weather and that they would be there by end of the day. No one had ever called me to tell me theyd be late and I wouldnt have known this had I not called them! Whats worse, no one called to tell me they werent coming after all, nor called later to re-schedule, nor anything!! how rude!! Terrible customer service. They stood me up and didnt even have the courtesy to call and follow up!

Doing home repairs, and noticed many shingles missing on my roof. I called Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing LCC. for an estimate. Showed up on time and quoted a good price, scheduled work and roof looks great. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Andrew came by today, very professional, and a distingished veteran. Price was competitive. They use the local suppliers, who have a 5 star material rating and 50 year warranty. Update 8/10/2017: If you have trees around your roof line and the money GET the leaf guard. Oh my have my gutters been filling with leaves even though I blow them out with my 3,100 PSI pressure washer. Billy and Robert came out and didnt even charge me even though one of my gutters was clogged. I am getting the leaf guard and not worrying about it anymore. Prime is not just trying to upsale you. I wash I would have done it earlier.Update 12/2/2016: The company has gotten rid of the horrible call service and has done an amazing job on our home. They beat everyone elses price and have done a fantastic job. This company goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The first crew that did my home did a piss poor job and Billy knew it wasnt right. They got rid of those guys. They came back out and redid two 10 long sections and readjusted others. I was getting a noise at the back of my house due to a long downspout, so Robert came out and added something in the tube to make the noise disappear. This is a great company that wants you happy and wants to do a good job. I was disappointed at first, but this is an amazing company with great people. One of the side of my house was heavily eroded because of the rain, and I was looking for a contractor that would accept to install gutters on just that side of the house. Most of the contractor that came to do estimate have declined to do the job, and told me that if it is less than $1000 of work, then it is worthless for them. On my search for a contractor, I contacted Prime Gutters and Roofing, and I have scheduled for an appointment to get an estimate. A representative came over to my house, he was very courteous and he said that no job is a small job for his company. He took the measurement, showed me the different choice colors that are available, and explained to me the various leaf guard option that they have. We setup a date for the installation. When I came back home the day of the installation, I was surprised by the quality of the work, and by the fact that no debris were left behind. Few days later, it started raining heavily in San Antonio, and I got the chance to see the water perfectly flowing from the gutters. I do highly recommend this company for its commitment to quality and customer service.
