New gutters and gutter repair on existing gutters.We took estimates from several companies. Lessards wasnt the cheapest, but they appeared to be the most professional and knowledgeable. This gave us confidence in choosing them. We already had gutters on the front and back of the house, but those needed repairs. And we had them add gutters on the sides and tie into the front and back ones where possible. Our job was completed about 2 weeks ago, and we got our first rain last night. Everything appears intact, and we didnt see puddling and leaking where we had seen it before. Were happy!

Lessards Gutters replaced the gutters of my house more than one year ago. I recently contacted them to improve two minor issues. One is to extend the gutter in the corner to stop rushing rain. Another is to seal the gap in a corner. They responded quickly and did the job. No more raining drip out from these two corners.

We are very happy with our new gutters from Lessards. Chaz, the installers, and the office staff were excellent to work with. The galvalume gutters and downspouts tie in beautifully with our metal roof and country-style home. We went with LeafBlaster gutter guards. I tested the screens by washing some oak tassels off the roof. About 50% washed right off. The other 50% caught on the edge but came off easily with a quick spray. During a Texas downpour, I went outside and 100% of the rain went into the gutters. There was no overshoot. I have worked with several companies for room additions/remodeling, floors, painting, and roofing, and I would put Lessards at the top of my list.

I had used Lessards for an installation of 6 gutters to my home and recently had some repair work done, where a portion of the gutters had to be removed. I was able to have Lessards come back out to re-attach that piece to my roof to ensure it was done correctly and to avoid any loss of warranty coverage. Being a busy time of year right now, I would say to just call and leave a voicemail so that Cheryl can get back to you, just have a bit of patience. The wait will be worth it! We’ve had Lessards Gutters install gutters three different times over the years. They have always been professional over the phone and the installers have been fantastic as well. Originally, they installed gutters on the front and rear of our home, the most trafficked areas. They never pushed us to do the whole house, just did a phenomenal job in the areas we needed them the most. A couple years later, we added gutters to the right side of our home. Initial consultation quick and easy and the guy was nice to work with. Installed gutters match the colors of house pretty closely and the price seemed fair for work being done on second story. Only small issue is that there were metal circles left on the ground and the pipe cuts have burrs sticking out.

Contacted Lessards for a quote on their website. They responded promptly and scheduled the estimate via email. I didnt need to be present, and Randy emailed me a thorough quote with measurements, placements, and colors. I was able to have him make a few small changes and we had an installation date scheduled for less than 2 weeks out. The installation team was polite, they put gutters on my entire house in about 6 hours. There was some debris and scraps that needed picked up after they left, but not a big deal. Paid the invoice online. Entire process was mostly electronic, like a good business should be in 2018. Gutters look good and the water drains. What else could you ask for.

Here’s an update after 3 years…about 4 months after the install, the gutters did something weird. They metal got all wavy and was no longer smooth. I called Lessard and explained the situation, sent 2 pics of the issue and they came out and replaced the 80’ runs with different gutters… no charge and no pressure. They just replaced them! Now… over 3 years later… still no issues and loving the gutters! It’s a rarity to find a company that stands behind their products and services! Quality gutters at a great price. They matched our trim color perfectly. The three star rating is for the mess that was left behind. My walk way and driveway were left a mess with dirt. I also noticed that when they installed our gutters, they somehow damaged a brick and stone on the front of our house as well as chipped our concrete driveway. Our home is less than three months old and this is definitely damage we did not have before.

Found out about Lessards Gutters from neighbors talking about gutters on the NextDoor app and who have used Lessards and were very pleased with their work. Lessards gave a free estimate with pictures of my house and colored lines showing right where the gutters would be installed at. Initially, I just wanted gutters on one side of the house because of water issues. The estimate included just the one side and the whole house and since the whole house estimate was very reasonable I went with that option. They had multiple paint options and we selected one that best matched out home. They came out on one of the coldest days we had and had the whole house done in a few hours. They did an excellent job installing them and would highly recommend them.

I have not used Lessard, but am highly disappointed that a driver on one of their trucks was constantly using his phone for the twenty minutes he was behind me on I-35 this morning, from New Braunfels all the way to Selma. His driving was atrocious and put many others in danger.

I have been impressed with my gutters installed by Lessards Gutters. They were very fast in coming out and giving me an estimate; gave me a very clear estimate and worked with me on what parts of the house I wanted them to work on. Prices were very good, and the install appears very solid and thorough. The installers were minimally invasive as well.My only complaint (thus 4 out of 5 stars) is there scheduling. They never could give me a specific time, and the afternoon they reserved for me they were not able to actually come out and ended up coming on the next day. That said, I am very pleased with their work.

My wife and I built a Guest House adjacent to our home. Our home has unique rafter tails and facia, half round gutters and gutter screens, which made for a challenging installation. It was important to us that the gutters on the Guest House matched our home. By the way, we live in the country and are not easily accessible. The quote was very easy to understand and clearly showed where gutters would be, as well as the two different options we discussed, and all at almost HALF the price we had been quoted elsewhere! When it came time to get the work done, it was as simple as replying to the quote email and a lovely lady from their office called and scheduled the installation date. We had Lessards come out to provide a quote for gutter installation back in October 2018 - it was the lowest quote we received from a total of 4 gutter installers. They also have better warranties for the installation and parts (10 and 50 yr if I remember correctly). The low price and great warranty were the main reasons we chose them.Whats more, since this is our first house we had endless questions on gutter specs and whatnot - Randy was always quick to respond clearly, even going so far as to answering emails well after normal business hours. That. Is. Customer. Service.After we worked out some details of the installation over email, we finally scheduled it for Feb 14th. Since it was about 4 months since we first received the quote, we were expecting to have to get another one – this was not the case as they honored the original quote. Erin was very easy to work with while scheduling and working out payments - they require 25% deposit before installation (no biggie). When we received our final bill after installation, the deposit had not been taken off – a simple email to Erin mentioning this and we received an updated bill the next day. Couldn’t be easier.The two installers arrived on-time and were friendly. We needed a slight change in the location of a downspout, and they were able to accommodate us on the spot. Color of the gutters almost matches the siding / color of our house perfectly. They finished almost exactly when they estimated they would and conducted a walk-around with me after they had cleaned up. No mess was left except a couple smaller pieces that fell into our flower bed – but we didn’t even see those until we removed a bunch of bushes / plants – so not faulting them for that at all. They made sure everything was too our liking and answered a few questions I had regarding the appearance of the gutters. Quite professional and quick. Hasn’t rained heavy enough to really test the gutters just yet, but I do not doubt they’ll hold up.The ONLY minor, tiny, small, insignificant aspect I would point out: one the installers wasn’t in a uniform or anything of the sort. Their truck and trailer were marked with Lessard’s name and logo, so we knew they were legit. But some sort of uniform for both installers would be a professional touch in the future. Again, only mentioning this for just the purpose of this review so others know what to expect – it isn’t even impacting the number of stars I’d give Lessard’s – which is easily 5.
