We had our windows cleaned recently by Shine and they did a great job! They were punctual, professional and friendly. They explained to us the process before they got started and asked if we had any questions. We live in a 2 story house and the upstairs windows are really high. I wasnt sure how those would go but they are clean! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

I highly recommend Shine for window cleaning and power washing. Ive used them twice now and they are the best window cleaners Ive ever had. I have large windows with a lot of natural light, and they are streak-free and spotless after their service. The staff both times were very professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything was put precisely back into place and clean. Dan is super nice and very responsive when booking.

I used Dan and his team at Shine to install my Christmas lights and I cannot be more satisfied with the results. Shine, put up my lights, and hung huge wreath for me that I was unable to hang. The guys from Shine arrived on time, explained their process, and got to work. While we just had our exterior windows cleaned, they came in and carefully removed, cleaned, and replaced all screens. Windows are sparkling - a job well done!

EDIT: After posting this review, the owner contacted me and offered to come correct the problems below, but I had already done what could be corrected. Instead, he offered a complimentary inside and outside window cleaning in 6 months. He stated that this is not typical for his company (as is reflected in many other reviews), apologized. and explained that perhaps the crew just had a bad day. That is, of course, what they had, but I am willing to give another chance on the complimentary service. I changed my star rating to a 3 and we will see what December brings. Below is the original review.A. The price quoted didnt include the tax, so it was more costly than I expected it to be. I left cash with my husband to pay them, so he had to find more money than I had left him in order to cover the tip (which he probably shouldnt have given due to B., through H. below.)B. The techs were late and didnt let us know they would be delayed until after I called to follow up.C. Several of the downstairs windows were left unlocked, which is CONCERNING.....d. Two of the window treatments were ever-so-slightly damaged. I was able to repair them myself, but better not to have been damaged.E. I had to finish cleaning the one window that has a doggie door in it myself. The crevices just needed to be brushed out with an old paintbrush where spiderwebs had collected, and it took me 5 minutes to accomplish that.F. One of the screens was found inside the house behind the computer printer.G. Several items of furniture were left standing 4 or 5 feet away from the windows, so I had to move them back myself.H. Most of the window sills had not been brushed out.All in all, Im happy my windows are clean, but I will shop for a different provider next time.

We used Dan and his crew for our home’s holiday lights. Dan was quick to respond, easy to communicate with as he shared his recommendations to make sure they would fit our needs. The crew was very professional and friendly and arrived promptly. Dan even came out to check on things. The lights turned out absolutely stunning. Us and our friends will be using Shine for years to come for our lights, and will not hesitate to call for other cleaning needs as well. Highly recommend!

Have had Shine of San Antonio North twice now and each time they have done a wonderful job! Windows look amazing and they power washed what would have taken me 6-8 hours with my small electric power wash in under and hour and was of a much higher quality! Would highly recommend!

They came promptly when scheduled and did a really great job on windows that face southwest and show every single smudge and streak. Im never attempting to clean these windows again! Very much worth every penny (which was very affordable!)

Oh my gosh!! This team of people are amazing. From the initial contact to the start of the cleaning to the actual job, this process was perfection in motion! They were on time and respectful in my time. I have already recommended them to some of my coworkers, neighbors and they are planning on making calls next week. My windows are so clean that I can’t even see my screens because they’re so clean (for the first time in years). These guys take pride in their work and that’s rare. You will not be disappointed.

Used this company to install new Christmas lights on our house. From Dan, who came out and gave us our quote, to Taylor and Rene who did the custom install, we could NOT be happier. Rene and Taylor were absolutely wonderful. I watched the two of them work, and it was like a well oiled machine. The time and patience they took to make sure each bulb was in the right place to watching them do all the wiring and plugs, I was just amazed as to their skills. The 2 guys came in, verified what I wanted done and didnt have to ask question after question. They knew exactly what to do and they did it excellently! We were alerted to Shine by a neighbor who knew we were looking for someone to clean our sidewalks and driveway. We contacted them and we got an estimate right away and set a date. The team was right on schedule and their professionalism was most impressive. They have all the right equipment to do an outstanding job and they left our driveway and sidewalks looking terrific--and for a very reasonable price. Were bringing them back to do our windows next. This is a solid company.

The crew arrived on time and stayed through the end of the job. They worked well together to power-wash our metal roof. They were careful with our plants and outdoor furniture as they worked. I was scheduled for an afternoon appointment, but they had an opening in the morning which worked out perfectly for us. They arrived right on time and were very professional wearing masks. Dan and his Shine team came out today. They did a fantastic job! Several of our windows had large patio furniture in front of them and they moved out of the way to clean and then put it all back how we had it. Also, they were very polite and professional! I can’t until they come back and power wash around our swimming pool, driveway and sidewalk. Our house is going to be so clean!!!
