Professional Staffing Service, very courteous and attentive; job opportunities seem to be at a much higher caliber, higher pay, longer contracts etc.Ive worked with Aerotek on several occasions, they make transitioning into jobs easy and are very respectful, and responsible.

Being let go from a contract even though you have days you can miss having a huge storm for a whole week without power. Then they wanna act like I’m not returning the equipment in emails threatening me. Telling me to turn it in their time frame super unprofessional. I never leave bad reviews but golly this one deserved it.

You call and want to talk to a person but all you get is voicemail after voicemail and you ask the lady that answers the phone why cant I talk to a recruiter ? She says they are in meetings and I wasnt rude was just inquiring so I call back the next day and it rings and rings and nobody answers so I try again and it rings and rings and once again I try again and they answer and I talk to someone and she says Ill email you my direct number and after you send your application call me and I will take care of it, but no email and left a voicemail and nothing these people that run this office are very unprofessional and I will also be contacting the corporate office also !!!

Left several voicemails 3 days in a row and finally got of hold of someone then instead of saying hey I’ll help you I got a vibe of judgment on my work history Over one Walk out that I did a long time Ago over a personal reason anyhow she said she was going to sent me a email so I can send an updated resume never got an email from this women it’s cool I’ve dealt with this company and harsh criticism before never work for this temp agency they really don’t like to help people even if if they claim they do that’s a lie best advice I can give is to go somewhere else who truly want to help you.

A month of looking on my own and unable to land a job. Aroteck had one that both fit my needs and wanted me in a matter of hours to a day.

Lack of communication, run around and most importantly had my personal information on file for no use . Seemed very annoyed i was calling to inquire since no communication on their end. I was so happy to be offered a job fit with good pay but it was lost hope . The front desk staff hung up in my face because he felt like i did not have the right to ask him why my personal information was transferred elsewhere and or why i was not communicated with, being its been awhile . Felt very disrespected, this is a staffing agency people come to to find jobs not be looked down upon and thats how i felt . Will never recommend .

I was personally contacted Mike Ayala and told he could find me a job that paid me my worth. I have never used a service like Aerotek before so I was skeptical. After talking with Mike and giving him my work history he found landed me an interview in less than a week. It turned out to be a perfect fit for what I was looking for. And the company hired me on a week later. Aerotek and especially Mike have been a great help. I fully recommend Aeroteck and ask for Mike Ayala.

It did take some time for me to get the position. However I was informed that the project would not start right away. Overall experience was great, all the recruiters were very helpful. Even Ms. Pope that isn’t always in the San Antonio location remained in contact with me. I like that she kept me well informed throughout the process. I will be starting my first day on Monday. Very professional and I do highly recommend them as a employment agency.

Great place to get your foot in the door if you’re seeking employment. Caroline was really helpful in many aspects of the hiring process for me on my job assignment. She never got frustrated by my many calls and answered all questions I asked. If she did not no she get back to me promptly with the correct information. I applied several times for jobs that were posted, and I would get a call initially regarding a job position. After that I didnt receive any correspondence via phone or email.This place as well as Robert Half, just cares about meeting their numbers not about helping people who are in great need.

Hope Hogan is, honestly, the best recruiter I have ever had the privilege of working with. When I first called Aerotek I was convinced I was never going to get hired anywhere. I had been reluctant to go to a staffing agency because I had a horrible experience before. However, after moving across country and scouring the job search market for the previous 4 months, I was losing faith in myself and my abilities. I thought I had nothing to lose, so, I applied to several jobs on the Aerotek website. The first recruiter that I spoke to did not seem invested in me as a potential hire. I felt like this was just going to be another dead end. When Hope called me, she was cheerful and professional. I spoke to her at approximately 10 in the morning, and I met with her about an hour and a half later. She coached me on what companies were looking for from potential new hires. Then she sent me home to study for an interview that she set up, with the managers, later in the afternoon. She met with me again, before my interview, and did a mock interview with me. She helped me feel confident and prepared. Within 24 hours of speaking to Hope, I was offered a job. I have said this before but my recruiter truly lived up to her name that day because she gave me HOPE!

I was contacted about a position available and told I was a great match for the job, all I had to do was update my resume and go for an interview. I spoke with an associate and he mentioned $$$ dollars an hour so I decided to go, once there the story changed and now was only $ an hour. Beware of these tactics when trusting these guys, they will quote a high paying job just to get you to go in and and once youre there, theyre sorry they made a mistake. I wonder who else has been told that?

Very unprofessional. Dont pickup the phone, dont call back nor return the calls-really no communication. They try to place you in a low end jobs and be done. When you ask for a better position they seem to be upset that you want to go with something better. I worked with Aerotek division in St Louis MO and it was great- San Antonio location seem not care as there is a plenty of cheap labor around.

Aerotek has been great. I dont have any issues with time cards or payroll and the staff is always courteous. I worked with Spencer and he was great about keeping me up to date on a position I was interested in, and that I now have. When an issue came up with some required tests for my job, Spencer immediately got everything set up and I was able to report on my start date. Great company to work for!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The jobs are good (If you can manage to get one with the lack of communication) but the Customer service with these people are Horrible. If ever you need assistance with Anything including but not limited to emails you arent receiving/having issues with, drug screen paperwork, etc. and you go asking Aerotek for help.. Good Luck. They will treat you like you are nothing but a paycheck.After advising Kimberly @ Aerotek that I accepted the job offer but DID NOT RECEIVE my Drug Screen/Background email with the forms (that had to be completed within 48 hours) yet..and asked for a name & number as to who I am to reach from here moving forward (Since I had recently got off the phone with her advising me Rudely, to start contacting the business directly) this is the response I got...I am not sure since I am not with (company name here). But I can say that all my other applicants have been able to find all the information in the email. Is there not a link or anything to click on?As if I was incompetent and did not know how to check an email and of course no response as to who I am supposed to be contacting. This was the kind of response I was getting via phone and email numerous times from Kimberly. I do NOT recommend anyone use Aerotek or at Least use someone who is Competent, if any.If this doesnt help then just look up the hundreds of other complaints about Aerotek via google search.

Aerotek provided among the smoothest transition assistance into a great matching career opportunity and was there to fast track the process. I worked with Samantha and she has been supportive from the intial position opening, and has followed up 3 weeks into the contract process. The staff in general was helpful and responsive.

Sergio is the worst recruiter you could imagine unprofessional, disrespectful and hung up on me and when I tried calling back he would pretend to be someone else. I never disrespected him or got irate with him which would have been well deserved. when I reported his behavior to Alecia the human resources manager she played the he said she said game. I asked her to listen to his recorded conversations and she said they were deleted how convenient then had the odasity to clame I was the issue.. ok so he never said anything nor reported anyting about me being rude but all of a sudden when he is in trouble he makes up a story. Ill never work for this company again and I would recommend that others dont waste their time. Also I had worked for them for about 9 months and the majority of the decent recruiters that I was in contact with quit because they didnt like the way the clients they worked with were treated ironic...

Horrible!!!! Injured on job, went to ER, notified aerotek, a week later my injury flared up, left voicemail that i needed to be sent to a dr. Had to miss days from work from injury and guess what apparently now their voicmail had a issue. Told to wait for call back about my employment....that was about 7 days ago.

My experience with Aerotek has been great. The girls are really great. I have been in contact with Hope. She is alwayd available for any questions. The team is always so prompt and helpful.

I would definitely work for them again great experience wonderful people. By far the worst!! I was placed on contract went in for two days. I was told the manager said I pulled him to the side to let him know this distance was not worth the pay. This was after I went in for the interview and did a hair drug test. So I was clearly aware of the distance. Was let go thru an email and I have been trying to get a hold of someone through Aerotek and they have not returned any of my calls nor emails. What a waste of time!! I would never recommend them to anyone

If youre looking for a job do not apply here. I have sent numerous emails, called several times visited the office and i never got response about the jobs available. Do not waste your time they are just worried about hitting their quotas.

Looks very professional seems like their gonna help no. All of them are useless I would give no stars if it was possible. Worse agency you could ever go to. Any other place on the side of the road would be better help than aerotek.

Brian fought to get me the job harder then anyone i’ve worked with prior in recruiting. Thank you Brian for everything! They have been a disappointing experience so far. I have called many times about further information on jobs interested and no one recruiter has ever answered their phones. Left voicemails and emails with no response. It’s unfortunate cause they have so many interesting jobs that I applied for but no one has ever called.

I am so greatful for the recruiter, Michael that I have been working with. He has been amazing at preparing me for my interveiw.
