Took my laptop to have the screen replace and they keep it 5 weeks...after returning to pick up my laptop it had the wrong screen and the tech said the right one wasnt available but I was able to contact hp to get the correct one after I figured out that they place a screen that was smaller than the one it needed...dont recommend using this place...cost me 150.00 for a jack up gaming laptop screen and another 130. Plus for the right one.???
