This had to be one of the best Game Console Repair sites in San Antonio, Texas. After having a horrible experience at UBREAKIFIX this small business did an outstanding job on providing me with expectations and timelines.They did not give me no run around and they told me exactly what to expect. I purchased a PS4 from a person who was in Dire Straits for money so I got great price. What I did not know was it was infested with cockroaches. I called all the major brands none of them wanted to even look at it because of that not only did Gamers console repair take my devices they repaired a previous issue that most people said could not be fixed with out doing a whole power supply replacement which usually runs between 120 to 140 at most places. They were kind to my autistic child and their customer service and prices are just ridiculously affordable we need more game businesses like this. They are number one in my book.

I live a hour away from San antonio but I heard amazing reviews of this place so it being my last hope I gave it a try.I had trouble with my switch not charging anymore after my son shoved the wrong charger in the port.The previous place I taken to nearly ruined my console...Tony was so good at explaining exactly what was wrong and how he would proceed to fix the problems as they occurred and was able to get my console charging again.He was even able to get it done the same day so I didnt have to make a second trip.My son was so happy to get it back working. ❤So glad I made the trip and definitely recommend this being the first place you bring your consoles to.Worth the travel time!

My son dropped his ps4 and was stuck in safe mode.. my daughter found this place online …after I almost bought another ps4 for right under $600 on Amazon … I went during my lunch time and back home before my lunch ended.. it was great service and honesty. He replaced Internal Hard Drive that was damaged with the fall..was replaced with more space… the repair came out to $149 plus tax… I’m very satisfied and I’m sure so is my son👏👏

I sent them my ps4 pro that needed to be reassemble and they did a good job at doing it and not to mention the customer service was awesome and they guy was very understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their system to be fixed. They also wont charge much like mine was only 96 bucks and I rather spend that much than going to buy a new one for 600 since the demand for it is high right now.

Small place but their work is phenomenal. Took in my Xbox One that I got the week it dropped, bent the HDMI input on the back of the console a few weeks ago. Within 2 hours and a great price of $109, they fixed my console and saved me the pain of getting a new console. Highly recommended this place.

What a joke of a business. Took my PS4 to these guys in late September with “power supply”. They never once called me, I had to keep calling to get updates. Got it back almost two weeks later. It turned on in store. Took it home and it ran for I not more than 2 hrs. Just turned off. I brought it back in early October. That’s when the fun started. Again they never called me at all. Every time I’d call about every couple of weeks or so, it was always something different. At first it was a faulty power supply, then one of the boards must be bad, then maybe a fuse, and finally I decided to just pick it up after 5 monthsof getting the run around. The final word was “we don’t know, it could be the mother board or something else”. This is the type of “expert” service that you get.

These guys saved my New Years. My hard drive on my PS4 went out a few weeks ago. I ordered two hard drives from amazon and Amazon lost both of them in transit. I was distraught and super upset because gaming is my relax time. I called them up and explained the situation. It did cost more than what it would’ve had I done it myself but I’m telling ya...these guys are SO worth it. Within 20 minutes my PS4 was back up and running without the headache of needing to order another hard drive or download the new software. They did it all for me. It was even running better than it had been before. They even listened to me babble on and on about my love for Call of Duty. If I could give this place half a star for the poor service they gave me I would. I took my ps4 here because it keeps turning off on me. I was told it was a power supply .I paid 140 up front a week later was told it was ready to pick up. I bring it home and its still doing the same thing. So they did not fix the problem so I take it back and they said its a hard drive problem they tried to charge me 110 for a new hard drive as I was told I had a 90 day warranty on it they kept my ps4 for another week told me to pick it up and I was missing pieces off the back were my hard drive goes all in all ill never take anything here again

Reasonable price. My fan is still a bit loud but it works now. Wasnt working when I bought it in. Took around 3 hrs to fix even tho they were backed up on repairs. Good job guys.

I came here after another place told me they couldn’t fix my son’s switch that I just had to buy a new one. Well I’m so happy I found this place. From the moment I walked in they were so helpful. Great guys, Im pretty tech savvy and had already performed some repairs. They were honest and in the end couldnt repair my gaming console, but they trouble shot like experts and didnt charge me when they couldnt fix the system. We all agree its most likely a motherboard or processor issue. All you can ask for is good intention and honesty coupled with knowledge. I believe that is what you get here.P. S. Parking is a pain.

The guys here are extremely helpful! They had my nephews Nintendo Switch ready the same day (broken LCD screen). I for sure thought it would take a couple days, I didnt mind because I wanted my nephew to be without it for a while so he would learn his lesson and not slam the controller on the screen again, but they called me back the same day 😒😆. Called repair shops around San Antonio for prices on fixing an HDMI port on my girlfriends ps4, by far the cheapest around. Walked in at 5:30pm said come back at 6:00pm. Done. Ps4 works great. And they even cleaned out the system of dust and offered to come back any time for free cleanings. Great customer service, would come back again.

These guys were absolutely amazing! A gamer’s heros! I watched YouTube videos on how to clean my PS4, and in the process I broke my fan cord. To make it worse I replaced my thermal paste with stuff sold to me on EBay as PS4 friendly-it wasn’t. So now instead of the PS4 just running hot, it couldn’t even stay on longer then 10 seconds. I brought it to Gamers Console Repair, and explained how I tried to play doctor with my PS4. They laughed with me and made me relax, that my PS4 wasn’t going to the gamer graveyard yet. They called me back to next day with everything wrong, and for under $200! Then she was fixed the next day. I have now had her for two weeks and she has never ran so smooth, so quite, and even made me realize my internet wasn’t running slow but that is was my PS4 because now I have absolutely no lag! This is the place to come for your tech problems!

I brought my sons XBOX ONE S up there because he just installed a new 1TB HDD but the console was not showing anything on the screen. Tony diagnosed the problem and told me what needed to be done. The console could not be saved but he tried very hard to fix it and explained what the main issue was. I highly recommend going to this place of business because they have a very good reputation and are well known in San Antonio for their work. Also do not bring your console up there already opened. Bring it intact if you can. They dont charge for diagnosing the problem. They will find the issue tell you what needs to be done to fix it and give you a quote.

Repaired my Xbox One X flawlessly, took it in around 10am and it was done before 2pm and I didn’t even ask for a rush. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, they also cleaned the inside of my Xbox without asking for it. Don’t let the appearance of the location fool you either, you won’t get as good of a repair service on consoles anywhere else in town, especially if you need circuitry work.

Maaaaaan!!! I am so glad I found this place .I had took my PS4 there about 10 months ago because the HDMI port was broken and they fixed it... I have a nephew and niece that are constantly moving my PS4 around from room to room and I guess the HDMI port got messed up again from the unplugging/ plugging of the HDMI cable... Brought in my PS4 because it was having some troubles. I was met by Tony, who quickly diagnosed the problem. Quoted me with a good price to fix it. Then, he offered to upgrade it for a modest upcharge. If I did not have to work that afternoon. I would have been able to picked it up that afternoon (I work nights). When I arrived the next day, it was fixed, updated, Cleaned, and had a warranty. System works perfectly and smoother than before. Highly recommend this place! Great service and quality work. Oh! This place was awesome. Tony is great, and if I could I would even argue to invest in this place! With some advertising in the right places this place could be awesome around SA, even more than they already are.I have animals, 5 to be exact. My 3 dogs and 2 cats have done plenty to my PS4. My HDMI Port was ruined. Tony had it replaced and ready to go well within his quoted time frame (and even then the quoted time frame was only 24 HOURS!).Five stars all the way, all day, everyday. Mom and pop shops need the recognition and props they deserve.

I brought my Xbox and they supposedly fixed it. They Charged me 115 and only worked for bout a week. So I brought it back so they can fix the issue and they kept it for 3 weeks. Every time I would call for an update they kept giving me different excuses. Finally they told me it was un repairable. They wouldn’t give me a refund. I took my xbox for a second opinion. The other repair business opened it in front of me and found all kinds of screws and pieces missing. There was even a ps4 game in rom. I tried calling them back and the guy on the phone was rude. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE PARTS FROM YOUR GAME CONSOLE.

Speedy service, professional attitude, no upsell type bs, and they explain what needs to be done step by step to the console.
