Extremely difficult to get a hold of - I must have left a dozen voicemails and never received a callback. Finally scheduled, and they no-showed with no call. And because they seemed flighty, I had even emailed for a confirmation and received one!More voicemails with no answer. Finally caught Annie in the office, and rescheduled. No-showed again. Again, no call - just me sitting and waiting.Annie called four hours after their promised arrival time and asked if they could come the next day. No apology until I put on my Irritated Mom voice. I gave them one more chance and again they no-showed!I have a Living Social deal for this company, and the hours Ive spent chasing 4-Seasons have NOT been worth the discounted price. Save yourself the headache and dont use this shoddy company.
I also obtained a voucher from Living Social back in February, 2013. Four Seasons has canceled on me 4-5 times, and I too, am unable to reach them after 20 or so phone calls with messages. Last week I left a message asking for the owner or president of their company. A day or so later I noticed Living Social had issued a credit to my credit card for this service that was never performed. I have never seen such terrible customer service. I cant imagine how this company stays in business. They are unprofessional and horribly rude to not return phone calls or show up for scheduled appointments. I would NEVER recommend them. Save yourself a lot of time, trouble, and frustration.
